My husband and I were so excited to try this restaurant since we just moved to New Port Richey!!! We went in and they told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and then were not acknowledged at all. Finally a busser came and brought us menus and then we waited another 10 minutes and no waitress ever came over. 2 guys came in after us and were waited on right away.We left and will not be going back. It was not busy. There was no excuse for the lack of service or communication. We've not heard good things about this place- but we wanted to make our own judgement. Lol. We did. Cracker barrel- here we come!!!
Christina's is a nice little restaurant in downtown NPR, my Mother and I stopped in for a coffee, while out for a walk, we ended up getting breakfast too.
Today was our first time here and the food was great. Customer service was awesome. We recommend this place.
HORRIBLE service! Was told to seat ourselves, 20 minutes later we get asked by 2 different servers if we've been helped. Told them no, and they both said ok ill tell your server. 5 minutes later she comes and throws menus down and then says what do you want to drink. Finally after 45 minutes of being in the restaurant, we get our order taken. We are now on 90 minutes since being sat and still no food!! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!!
Just called to make a to go order and was told the ONE cook is not taking no more orders. IUnderstand labor shortages but your paying your cooks 10 dollars an hour and then wonder why you can’t hire. You lose money being cheap Christina having to refuse money for your business . I’m not saying pay them 15 hr either but won’t be returning here .
If I could rate zero I would. Great food but Service is horrible. Waited an hour for one of the easiest things to make. A Table of 4 was served food and 2 other people were served before my small table of 2 and they came in long after us. Don’t waste your time or your money. Waited so long I was about to walk out and go eat elsewhere. Do not recommend, but if u love to wait forever and be served last, be my guest.
Always a Great Friendly Staff. No long waiting time. You can enjoy outside eating right on Main St...and did I mention the food is affordable and Delicious ?
Always consistently good food and service! Great value for the money! Always my first choice when I go to downtown NPR. I've been coming here since I was a child and it's always been good!!
Food was great with great portions. Nice to sit outside when they aren't terribly busy. Highly recommended. Great location. This flower was just outside the entrance. ?
