I was part of an organization that reached out to Chipotle asking them to open a restaurant in Trinity. I had high hopes because my family and I love chipotle (but not this location). I don't understand how they are literally the worst restaurant in town but people keep going back. And how on Earth has this restaurant received so many complaints about the employees and horrible management but no one has been fired?? It's honestly baffling. Bar Rescue needs to go here to fix this place up. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here. You can walk in and see everything in disarray. It's a bacteria breeding ground. This disgusting Chipotle restaurant will be the source of the next outbreak.
I order from here every week and have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered online and the food was ready on time as always. Since the app doesn’t allow you to order Cilantro, I asked the girl in the front of I could get a small container of Cilantro. She looked at me, had an attitude and gave me a face like I was bothering her. She came back with the Cilantro. I thanked her and told her the app doesn’t give the option for cilantro and she didn’t say a word and gave me the attitude face again. As a customer, we should never experience this kind of disrespect. This location has some of the worst service. Also, their Guac was terrible.
Although the take out people were extremely nice and it looked clean at the online orders, this restaurant was FILTHY! I would never ever eat at those tables! I mean, I worked in 3 restaurants and never did it ever look like this, never!!!! Even tables that had no trash on it and there were a few, they were just plain dirty. With a pandemic still going on no less!
This location can really be hit or miss. Especially if you order takeout through the website. However, my last two visits have improved drastically. My food is been fresh and well prepared. I was able to quickly add extra cilantro to my sofritas bowl. We always enjoy the guacamole, though the chips are never consistent. They're either bland or caked in a ridiculous amount of salt.
Picked up a to-go order yesterday. My bowl had a half of a hard black avocado. My sons “fruit cup” was an unpeeled Clementine and his cheese only quesadilla had remnants of old avocado in it (not pictured). Very disappointed and will not return to this location.
A friend and I decided for some good ole chipotle. Well to our disbelief there was no guac in addition to no forks? Like wow. Also my friend found a leaf in her food. A LEAF. She also said the tomato’s in the mild salsa tasted spoiled and sour. Really Chipotle?
I gave this location 5 chances, spoke to multiple managers and did 5 online reviews. This location has been terrible even before Covid.....
This place is absolutely horrendous the workers were so rude and throwing food everywhere. not one person in this establishment had good costumer service as well as the fact that they were out of everything. a good business known how to prepare for rushes and how to train their staff in order to withstand a high clientele. absolutely horrible service will never come here again.
Tables were all dirty when we came in. The guy serving the food not only did not know if the sofritas were vegan, but he didn't even know what they were called. There were about 6-8 employees, and only 2 had their masks on properly, everyone else had them on their chin or under their nose. Why bother wearing a mask at all? Just so the passerby would know they are incapable of critical thought? My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 1:40 p.m. and it was 2:00 and it was still not complete. The only reason I did not rate this establishment 1 star is that the lovely person AB (one of the employees who knew that a mask is supposed to cover the nose and the mouth) offered to make me a new meal when i mistakenly ordered my bosses' meal instead of my own. The food wasn't great either but AB was awesome!
Disappointing every time I come here. The inside is often poorly cleaned. The food tastes off here compared to other Chipotles, and I find the sides are hit or miss on freshness. For instance, they were scraping the bottom of the black bean container to put on our burrito, tossing lukewarm mash on the burrito instead of fresh beans. The workers are not warm or friendly either. Even the chips have been stale whenever I get them. I will be avoiding this Chipotle for the foreseeable future.
