Food was not correct. Food was cold. Food (and I use the word "food" loosley) was quite tasteless. I'm not exaggerating :( ? This would be my last time I've ever going to this chain ever again as they are not what they used to be and the service is not what it used to be either. And dito for my wife as well. I will just keep the memories of how good of a place this was 15 years ago.
Worst experience I have ever had! The red head boy who was at the window was absolutely rude and tried to deny the fact that my food had been sitting on top of the fridge along with my drinks for the past 20 minutes while another car waited a long while before us. He said “fine i’ll remake it” and stormed off! He dumped the fries into the garbage and then took the bag with the sandwiches to the back where the lady was making the food and she brought us that same bag, wet and SAME COLD sandwiches with new fries, along with the drinks that sat for 20 minutes as well. I will not be back until this is fixed!! Absolutely awful to talk and treat a customer that way!
First time eating at Checkers. In all fairness we ordered the 2 burgers for $4.00 (which we felt was a 2 star burger, as you can see from the photos) The fries are nicely coated with a hint spice, tasty. We would give Checkers another try.
Was there in line for thirty minutes and they screwed up my order. Wasn't even anything complicated, just a sandwich, fries, and drink. They forgot the fries. I should have checked the bag before I left but I just wanted to get out of there after waiting a half-hour. gave them two stars instead of one because they managed to get the sandwich right.
Took my daughter for a job interview only for them to tell her to come back the next day due to only one manager being on duty and minors working The manager on duty had audacity to roll her eyes at my daughter! She definitely will not be returning for another interview!! ?
Packed with crackhead customers.they are lucky I don't work there . I would provide great customer service with baseball stick . You should start closing 11 pm
Went to pick up a Doordarshan order and the crew was mean and nasty. Didn't bother helping me at the window and ignored me for 5 minutes. Waiting to pick up this order for a customer and still being ignored. They use the same gloves for everything. Money handling and food. They don't change them!!! Gross.
Food is always good but, I personally hate the kiosks that you must use to order now and they totally ignore you if you have a problem with it bring back waiters and counter staff...Automation doesn't mean good service
When they say robots are gonna take all of our jobs and then over the world man they may be right....the little robotic thingy took our order in the drive thru made a mistake on one burger of the order fixed the problem and had everything correct by the time we pulled up to the window. I don't know if I enjoyed the IRobot experience or the food more but it was totally cool and definitely put the driver thru person out of an job!!!! Hahahah
This Checker's is awesome there food is usually hot and fresh. The other day I got a fish sandwich that wasn't so fresh so today I ask if they could make it fresh and they did the sandwich was hot and fresh and so were the fries! Very satisfied wit the food and service! Thanks Checker's
