Burger King is my favorite in fast food restaurant,but not this one...I didn't like the food in general although I went few times ,if you have to it is ok but usually Burger King is much better in food and service.sorry
If I could give negative stars I would. This is our final straw. My daughter went we both wanted the Ch'king. After she waited behind the car at the window for a while. She was met at the window by the manager. She was informed he only had one. Which one did she want. She told him. She proceeded to wait there for a while. They finally brought her the food. Now at this point she has to go somewhere else to get food for herself. The manager did not even ask her if she wanted something else. Besides she doesn't like bk's burgers. So now she sat at BK for more than 30 minutes. And then had to go across the street to McDonald's. Which she was in and out of there drive thru in less than 3 minutes. She got home I tried to eat the Ch'king it was so hard I couldn't bite it and it hurt my teeth. What are you people thinking. Been trying to call them. They have there phone off the hook so it won't ring. I could only imagine how much the phone rings if they are serving junk like this. Never going back
It doesn’t matter what time of day. Whether I go through the drive-through. Whether I go inside. Or whether I get it delivered by Uber. They always find a way to screw up my order. When I contact them they can care less. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to and the staff there couldn’t care and has no care for the people that order from them. Quoting from my favorite movie how hard is it to take a food order and get it correctly?
This is my first time at this location. I'm pleased to say that the employees got my order correct. I only went through the drive-thru so I don't have much else that I can honestly say. Nice job to the staff.
the fries disgusting, not seasoned at all EXTREMELY dry and a bit bitter. my friend choked on the fry before. no ranch sauce. chicken sandwich was definitely poorly done and manufactured, ALSO extremely dry. no ranch sauce. prices, wow! everything is overpriced for the quality of the food. no ranch sauce. soft serve cones, soggy. bland. no ranch sauce.
So normally they r OK here, but lately dropping the ball. Started with they didn't give us the whole order and had to go back in to get the rest. Ordered 4 burgers last night and not one of them correct. Pd for cheese/got no cheese. Said not lettuce onions and looks like got extra. Then to top it all off no survey number on their receipt and wrong phone number as well.
Always a nice visit. I work just across the way ... the manager it always so nice ... always peeking to see if someone needs help. I always end up leaving with fresh cheese tots ?
Had the new melt good and different. Ask her to double bag to keep food warm. Instead of bagging it for me she, Mgr, stuck another bag in the bag. Not much for customer service.
The service here was terrible. The staff was very unprofessional. The cashier was on her cell phone while trying to take an order. Our order was placed wrong and they had bad attitudes.We will not be coming back to this store after this experience.
