This was the on state rd 54 trinity we order 2 mini whopper meals. The bread was so stale it was crumbling as we were holding them...the pickles were ice cold the cheese looked and tasted like the took out of the refrigerator and slapped on the burgers....the fries had so much salt we couldn't eat them...this is probably the 3rd or 4th time going threw the drive threw..and the same thing each time...we couldnt eat them...thank God we ordered a cookie each...each time we stop by we say it will be fine....wrong !!!!!!! And the employees want 15 an hour lol...I don't think so...the buns shouldn't be stale that bad since it's right by the exit ramp to Suncoast parkway...so busy busy...terrible lost 2 people...and many times thier are 6 people with us...u lost them to....we should just turned u into the health dept instead putting this review...terrible [email protected]
Went through drive thru they wouldn't honor my mobile app deal. Told me to pull out of line and place order on mobile app if i wanted that coupon. They were rude and not helpful at all. The mobile app is useless and very slow. So needless to say that two whopper meals cost me 2 hours of my time. I will never spend another penny at any Burger King ever again. It doesn't cost a penny to be nice to people and this franchise has lost a customer for life for that reason. Profit over people.
The 2 stars is only because the food was hot. The service was HORRIBLE! The person taking orders was extremely rude. She cut us off and when we asked if lettuce came on the sandwich she responded with “I have no clue is that all for your order” and also asked if we could upgrade the drink ( we were obviously willing to pay for it and she said “no we don’t do upgrades) I asked about getting change the girl at the window with her (short girl with brown/reddish curly hair) rolled her eyes and said “I guess” we still tried to be polite either way but this is why I never hardly go to this location, they act like we just disrupted whatever they were doing by showing up at the window. She completely rushed us and we only ordered 2 things. And also yelled “I don’t know what your saying talk louder” I’m also not one to leave reviews but that was probably the worst experience of any place I have ever been. It was 5:50 pm on Sunday. The girls name at the window was Trinitee. If you don’t want reviews like this written then please try to be a little nicer. I really went back and forth about writing this but there was absolutely no reason. Even when I said thank you when I got my food she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Sorry both of them were having such a bad day but it’s not right to take it out on paying customers.
Dont eat here, it's Dirty.Day Manager commanded me to wash deli Ham when I dropped it on the floor. HR has not returned to me on the matter. Night Manager confirms other rumors of ill habits among employees.Worked there for 2 weeks.No phone answer. I want to pick up my check, but no response from management.The Bathroom cleaner and custodian is also the Burger broiler guy.Just a Circus.
The only thing I would suggest would be to listen in the drive thru...we asked for no pickles on the chicken sandwich a few times and she repeated to us. Still had pickles. Otherwise service was good.
Nice place for a fast meal. Good food and nice people. Your money goes a long way.
Hands down the best fast food experience ive ever had.This location is absolutely fabulous and the staff thats working today around noon - 1 pm is absolutely fantastic, friendly ,and helpfulThey had a power outage. Just before i arrived. They asked me to hold so they could get the equipment back up which they did in record time i might addThe people at the window had looks of determination and friendly smiles across their facesBy the time i parked and opened my foodMy burger was flawless like out of the commercial picturesMy fries warm. Perfectly salted.I will go out of my way any time to stop here for lunch. Thats for sure
-5☆ rude, incompetent staff, zero customer service skills, ridiculously slow service. My 3 year old grandson could've done a better job than the rude incompetent girl handling drive thru. We left without ordering. I will be baking the gm to complain.
If you want fast food, don't miss the fish sandwich, hot off the grill ( make it fresh)?, once in a while!
