Whopper is one of the most addictive foods available. It's that taste.This store has it down pat, super fast service with an enthusiastic staff. And coupled with that attitude makes you want to return.The buns were fresh as well as the standard sandwich condiments. Property was clean both inside and out.Will we go back, yes is the answer.
This burger king has the rudest GM and some young girl manager. Everytime I come here my order is always wrong and they make you go wait back in the drive thru which usually takes at least 20 mins to get through so your food is cold by then. Last night they did not have the ice cream machine working but yet the app sure took the money for them and the manager had no clue how to refund the money back nor would see even try to help very very rude people running this place it honestly should be closed down until they can get people that know what they are doing and treat customers correctly. This is now the third time the app has taken my money and I have not been refunded worst Burger King ever!!!!
In addition to them eating and drinking in front of the drive through window, yhey have some of the worst trained and most unkind employees I've ever dealt with. They literally made me weight in line twice because they were out of something I already ordered. The manager was even argumentative when she got the drinks wrong. I'm glad I checked as they were being purchased for someone with blood sugar issues. Their carelessness could have hospitalized someone. This is not unacceptable.I'm not even going to get into how wrong they got the order and how long they obviously let the food sit before serving. A few of the sandwiches were not even close to edible
I've tried 3 times to order Whopper with cheese with mustard. No pickles, no ketchup, no mayo. and all 3 times they've gotten the order wrong. The last time after being sent a $10.00 coupon I ordered 2 whoppers the same way as before except they sent me 2 Whopper Jr's. I will not eat at this Burger King again...
ALERT! This location DOES NOT accept mobile app rewards/offers! Ordered Impossible Whopper, it was cold and 1st drive thru lane menu board isnt working. And you wont know that until you pull up!
I looked at the menu ahead of going and made my selection. They didnt even HAVE two of the items I wanted. If you don't HAVE it, dont put it on the menu. A good way to LOSE customers. King Sourdough burgers arent that different or hard.
Trouble picking up orders online: I was the only one in the drive thru and they said they will cancel my order if I don’t go around again. Teach your staff to respect customers
Was unsuccessful ordering food for my family through the app. The young woman who took my order in person was pretty rude. Other supporting staff seemed friendly. Perhaps it had to do with having only one usable register which was located at the drive thru area which required her to keep running between there and the front of the house :( Otherwise the food was good.
Went through drive thru they wouldn't honor my mobile app deal. Told me to pull out of line and place order on mobile app if i wanted that coupon. They were rude and not helpful at all. The mobile app is useless and very slow. So needless to say that two whopper meals cost me 2 hours of my time. I will never spend another penny at any Burger King ever again. It doesn't cost a penny to be nice to people and this franchise has lost a customer for life for that reason. Profit over people.
Zero stars!! Rude staff!! Placed order at drive thru got home it was wrong, called right away spoke to Brooke she said my name would be in a book to get a replacement, went there April 14 about 9pm to order and get replacement, drive thru worker dark hair plus size glasses basically laughed at me said name was only kept in book for a few days. I was out my replcement. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!
