Me and my friends order doordash frequently. the first time me ordered they were out of ice cream and wouldn’t replace it or give our money back. that order was almost $20. We were going to order tonight so we placed the order and our dasher texted us saying they were out of our ice cream so we called the dasher and they would again not replace it or give our money back.
Just left there... bought three scoops of the cookies and cream ice cream and it tasted old and freezer burnt it was horrible and I had to throw away . Eleven dollars thrown in the trash . Won't be back.
All we wanted was my sons' free birthday scoop. We went to the New Port Richey Fl location & ordered his free scoop. At the same time, I ordered a small for me for $2.59. His scoop was embarrassingly tiny. Another employee was having a problem with the code & was trying to ask the manager & she plugged something in walked away fast. We had to wait for her to come back after the poor employee was calling her with no answer. I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for a kid's size, so I told the girl & she said they were the same size, kids & small. After some back & forth I told her I wanted a refund because I was not paying $2.59 for 2 Tablespoons of ice cream. She had a horrible attitude problem & when I told her I was calling corporate, she said go ahead, I'm the manager. I asked her for my receipt which to me looks like I paid instead of got a refund. I tried to ask her but she walked away. I now have 2 receipts which looks like I paid for ice cream but the 3 of us left with no ice cream. My son was very disappointed since it was his Baskin Robbins birthday treat. It just shouldn't have been so difficult to get the ice cream.
We went in for donuts and an ice cream cone and the aditude of the server was not very good. The ice cream was at the bottom of the barrel and tasted bad.
I ordered something from there and never arrived. Honestly I’m really disappointed at this place. It’s A rip off.
Well I looked past the MANY bad reviews and ordered here so I really only have myself to blame
Bought 2 frozen coffees and they literally taste sour. You can’t taste anything but the syrup they put in them. The coffee is watered down , they are the worst ones we’ve ever had. We tried to contact them on 2 diff phone numbers but neither are working. Plus they did not give us a receipt so we will be going in tomorrow because both coffees went to waste. I hate to complain but I took 1 sip out of my drink and it was disgusting.
We go here a lot but I’m never going back. I’ve given them enough chances. Every single time I go they are out of almost all the flavors of ice cream. Worst baskin robins ever don’t go here. They aren’t even polite and are also always out of lids for to go stuff. Also donuts are stale and old.

Everytime I go here they're out of ice cream or simply maybe they don't feel like making milkshakes so they deny having anything to make them. I've even tried to order on UberEATS which to no avail had me sitting there for 40 minutes before I got a call from the driver that they were out of large cups and both flavors of ice cream i ordered.
