Went to Aussie Grill with a friend last Thursday and had an awesome experience! We ordered and Jordan was super hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu. Before I could get back to the table after getting a drink the food arrived. Angie brought the meal out and she was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and my buddy really enjoyed the Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. It’s No wonder it was voted the Best sandwich in Tampa! Keep up the great work!!

Wanted to share pictures of what I bit into while eating my shrimp po boy. I did not remove the wrapper on the bottom of the sandwich until after I bit into the skewer so I had no idea it was there. This skewer almost broke my tooth. Brought the sandwich back to the manager and she claimed that is how the sandwiches are served. It's a stabilizer. Whether or not that is the truth, customer's should be told about that because clearly that is not a safe idea. The manager did offer to remake the sandwich, I declined and got my money back. Very disappointing.

First visit but will definitely return. Staff friendly, professional, helpful, polite and kind. In today's market this is a definite rarity. Food handlers ALL changed gloves by CDC guidelines, fries were delicious and my burger was delicious. My husband truly loved his salad and said his burger was the freshest and best he had ever eaten. Our only complaint was the spicy beverages, lemonade, and the limited foods that were not spicy. But we highly recommend this eatery.

Visited twice. Rated 4 though 3.5 might be more accurate. Interesting and different sandwiches ( how pleasantly refreshing!) Can be a little sloppy as tend to fall apart. Volcano Burger and Bacon Bomb ( both really different) VG. Generous amount of shrimp on PoBoy. It and Cheesy Fries OK; Crispy Chicken was dry. Service was friendly

it was great while it lasted and was a must have once a week but recent changes have made it a no go now. when they first opened food tasted amazing. the fries were seasoned sowell you wondered how you lived with fries before. about a month ago i got fully naked fries devoid of even salt. assuming that was a fluke i returned again only to have a tough chewy steak, bland naked fries and dipping sauce so spicy my korean gf was panting. do they have recipes? do they follow them? what has gone wrong? i don’t actually care but i won’t give them any more money at this point after one more try and getting recooked fries and a dirty dining room floor to, um, top it all off.

Went on a Saturday after the newness wore off. Pretty fast service. The chicken sandwich was really good and crispy. My boyfriend got the volcano burger with shrimp on it and he really liked it. I will definitely go here again. It is hard to find the really crispy chicken and they have it here.

First time going here on 2/13. Been going to Outback since the 80's. Food was fresh and hot. Steak and chicken were perfect. Closer than the full service Outback in Trinity. Great job!

They just opened so I’m going to give them some grace. They do need to figure out a better way for people waiting inside for to go orders. They had us all shoved into a corner near a monitor which was a little annoying. The food was extremely good! I had the Burger Bomb and my friend had a steak. The staff was friendly and didn’t rush us to order which was nice because it was our first time there. Will be going back to try this chicken sandwich everyone is taking about!

Not only does the new location look great, we love the adventurous, welcoming feel it has. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed. They go above and beyond and they show they really appreciate each customer. Plus the food and flavors are out of this world!

Dined in on 1/15 during grand opening event. Had the grilled chicken sandwich and cheese burger. Atmosphere was upbeat and positive, service was polite and helpful, and food was delicious. Can’t wait to come back.
