Went inside to place my to go order. First and formost I wasn't greeted after entering. The person that was taking my order did sell me on an upsize. (so that was good). But after completing my order failed to give me my receipt. Then waited like 5 or 6 minutes for my order. They put one bag of my order on the counter. And said the other part of the order they were waiting on. So why not keep everything under the heat lamp? Finished getting my complete order. Was not asked if I would like any condiments? The bag that was setting on the customer counter turned out to be the fries I had ordered. These were of course barely warm, and definately not fresh. More training needed here. Pay attention to the customer!
Reuben sandwich was good, same with my son's milkshake. Didn't care for the beef and cheddar and the curly fries are usually good, but they only gave me the burnt ends at the bottom of the fries bin.
So I just went thru the Arby's here. The employees were so friendly and double.checked my order at the window to assure me everything was there being I ordered special requests. I actually pulled over to stop and write this review and regret not getting their names. Today is Saturday March 5, 2022 at10.30pm so if you were working (a young lady and gentleman) I just want to say Thank you. I think this is the first time I've went to a fast food place and didn't feel like an inconvenience and got friendly service.
I had an amazing experience the customer service was Phenomenal Desiree and Zach made this experience of getting a late night meal quite enjoyable! I will definitely be going out of my way to come here because of the excellent customer service
Worst experience sat in the drive thru for 15 mins then decided to park go in and well that was no faster waited 20 mins other people came in got orders and mine was not even being made i get that they were busy and sure under staffed but when i asked about my order got absolutely nothing but rudeness he rolled his eye's and said whatever and went and told the manager and he was working on the line and when he was told he slammed food and came up and was like you see were busy i was like i get that but others have come and gone i have appts to do for work and to just give me a refund and receipt which i called and complained this was the one on little rd close to ridge rd very unpleased and hungry grrrr..???don't even wanna give you the one star it requires to post my experience ughh
Just wanted to say this place is awesomey husband and I do janitorial work and we clean a building next to Arby's we come from Zephyrhills the food was great the drive thru young gentleman named Adrian has talent and very respectful.... He knows how to treat customers and give us great hot food and delicious couldn't ask for a better place to eat
Stay away from this place!!! They don't care about the customers, they are very rude especially Jason (the manager). We asked for no onions on a wrap three times, and they put onions on the wrap. Now mind you this is the third time this happened. The food is always cold. Don't waste your money, stay far away, these people do not know what they are doing.
Today's lunch staff were awesome ? Great attitude and they seemed to enjoy each other's company too? And of course my food was awesome!
Unfortunately, I have visited the Arby’s on little road , next to Home Depot, 4 times in The past two weeks. Every time either my order was incorrect, cold, or a complete. The staff I understand our young but even that they are very unconcerned with the unprofessional, or caring about serving you. Even went to the manager at one point. And that was a different been dealing with the other front counter/end drive-through employees. Any recommendations on a better Arby’s close by
I tried their Buffalo boneless chicken. I thought it was good.
