I asked for the classic roast beef to be slices thin. The order taker at the drive-thru asked the cook if he sliced it then, and he said yes. But the cook hesitated, so I don't think he really did. Sure enough, after I left the drive-thru, the roast beef was not sliced thin.It's actually just a arby's standard, to slice the roast beef thin because it actually does taste different. I used to work at Arby's, and cutting roast beef thick means that the cook is just rushing....and its faster....but incorrect.

The workers are professional and keep the place pretty clean. When I asked for sauce they gave me some and asked how many I wanted. All smiles kindhearted and I appreciate the service especially on a rainy day and I didn't have much to spend.
My son pickup food for us I'm sad they stopped the Chicken Nuggets. They were big and tasty. I'm hoping they bring then back they should stay on the menu permanently.
Paid full price for a beef and cheddar with no cheddar! No mozz sticks. No sauces. No small cups. No slider buns. Always like this here at this location. Then they got rid of the 2pm-5 specials! Now it's really not worth the price.
I ordered the French dip. When they handed me my food they didn't have the au jus. The lady told me they were out. Why would they take the order if they could not complete it. I paid 10 bucks for a roast beef sandwich.
The employees was very nice and the food was great and awesome customer service was very well pleased with the cleanliness this place was.
Got excited when i seen that Arby's now offered a gyro, sadly they don't compare to the authentic gyro and if you have ever eaten in Tarpon Springs you would know just how great that is. I will give them 2 thumbs up for the white cheddar mac n cheese because that was simply delicious.
My order was completely wrong. They said they didn't charge for part. Paid again. Still got it wrong. Paid a 3rd time. Asked for all my receipts. They said they were out of paper so I couldn't have one. After paying who knows what for completely wrong food. I have never left a poor review
