it was really nice coming back here to Applebee’s after a very long time. Our server she was amazing our food was great. I’m food came out pretty fast as well and the new drinks tasted amazing. It was cool that they’re running a promotion right now as well so we took advantage of buying a $50 gift card to receive an additional $10 gift card for next time and we also received free movie tickets because we spent over $50.Location itself it’s perfect because Walmart is right there and after running your errands you could have dinner here along with a great outdoor seating if you wanted to as well & it’s peaceful.Looking at the interior though it looks kind of older and however the prices did increase now the two for 20 is like two for 24 & it just goes up. But I guess it is what it is.
I took my parents to apple bees for a treat from me our server went up and beyond her name was Tanya R and she made sure to give my parents who are elderly time and she was hands down best server we have had in a long time! She not only made sure everything was done right she was very sweet we had withee bourbon chicken and appetizers with spinach dip and I hard the tipsy shark and parents sweet tea ! Our refills were there soon as we were ready! Everything was very good and my parents are buying next weekend as long as we get Tanya R as are waitress! Very on top of things checking to make sure if anything else we would like but we were stuff very amazing server and I would definitely be back for service when I know she's working! Keeping your customers happy is always the best way to get it done!!! Blessings and thank you for going up and beyond for me and my parents ?❤
Had the most wonderful experience here with Alicia! She was by far the most helpful and kind person in my experience with coming here. Not only was Alicia patient with me and my family but her recommendations from the menu were FANTASTIC! Will definitely be coming back here as long as Ms Alicia is here, the service she provided was great! Will definitely be telling my friends and other family members about the experience.
The service was Great, the food didn't deserve a one star. My granddaughter graduated college n pick Applebee's to celebrate, I my daughter n granddaughter order steak, when we got it the steak was cold on all three. Had to send them back it was not by any means good quality. The steaks had No flavor the potatoes were cold our dinners were not worth eating. My daughter in law had steak n shrimp it came to her almost raw, very beneath Applebee's quality, I've been coming here for years, not sure if it's worth going back. A Very Dissatisfied
I loved this restaurant it was the best one I been to yet, on the 24 th I had server tanya, we have the boubon chicken, with an appetizer and just a beer, and her customer service was the best I have seen yet. She made sure we always had what we needed, and always had the biggest smile. I definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if Tanya is working that day🙂
It seemed to have a little rush right before we walked in. The servers seemed a little rushed which is okay. Once the servers caught up a lil bit, our server, Cori, was very pleasant and outgoing. Also very knowledgeable and attentive! I do have to mention that there was a woman who, at first I thought she was a manager because she approached us immediately offering to help out and get drinks and do whatever she could to get us at least drinks. Come to find out she was in fact not a manager but just another very helpful server! Her name was Kate and she was AWESOME just as our server was! Thank you very much for a great dinner!
I called in tonight after placing a door dash order. I live in NC and my mom is in Florida. It’s her birthday and I wanted to send some dessert as a surprise after she had a rough day. I asked Applebee’s to write happy birthday on my moms box and they were so kind and did for me! It meant the world to her and made her day so special. Thanks y’all! Might be a small gesture but meant a lot to us!
First I should say, the staff was trying. Really trying. But we ordered on the 2 for $24 menu (until recently known as the 2 for $20 menu, a 20% price increase). I got a burger and fries and my wife got a Soutwest Chicken bowl). We got cheese sticks and boneless wings for apps. Took a long time to get our food and when it did it all came out at once. The Chicken Bowl was really good. My burger was not the one I ordered. I told the waitress and she apologized, told me there was a new cook, and brought me the correct one. She even told me to take the extra one home, which I thought was really nice since a lot of times restaurants don't do that. Pretty much made up for the mistake. The only other minor problems is that the bun on the burger was cold, which made it fall apart when you tried to eat it. And there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table, which I'm sure is a result of COVID. But we weren't able to get those until we were mostly through the meal. Bottom line: if COVID is your reason for raising prices 20% - something most businesses I've ever worked with can't get away with - what did you spend it on? You're still understaffed and it shows.
Had such a amazing time with my mom at Applebee's for lunch today.Appetizer was so delicious. The creaminess of the beer cheese on the waffle fries definitely had the perfect flavor combo.The main dish (which is my go to favorite) was the Honey Pepper Chicken served on top of the four cheese mac and cheese. (Make sure to get extra honey pepper sauce on the side). Mom got the Wonton mini Tacos. They are I believe coleslaw and chicken (A little Spicy) Little tip make sure you ask them to be served on the taco rack thingy so they don't get soggy on the plate due to the juicyness of the coleslaw.And last but not least the dessert. We shared a Pecan Blondie Brownie topped with ice cream. Instead of the Maple Cream Cheese sauce we did some Carmel. Which in my opinion is better in flavor.Dylan was our waiter (Bar Side) and he was super friendly and was on top of everything. Never had to wave him down to for anything he was always coming over and checking in making sure everything was perfect. ♡
This place is always busy. Food always comes out hot. 4 stars because my server the bartender yelled at the hostess as I was being seated because he didn't want another table. Nothing to make you feel more welcome than that. Great server but keep it in the boh
