Frozen yogurt tasted weird and toppings were stale. The counter was not very clean, and the young lady serving seemed bothered.
Friendly service, yummy frozen yogurt! Portion size is very generous! My kids loved the vanilla and dark chocolate flavours. Highly recommended! We will be back :)
8:30PM, 2.5 hours before closing. 2 employees. 1 female employee working hard serving and informing customers they are out of 3 key flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. The other male employee sitting on a chair texting on his phone. Owner advice: Fire the manager. Fire chair / phone texting employee. Promote the one that was actually helping customers to manager and teach the staff how to refill the machines.
Visited from out of town and had a great experience! The new owners are extremely welcoming and are actively implementing positive changes to their business. If you've tried Yogurbella in the past and weren't satisfied, I would recommend giving it another try. I will definitely be back!
the guy who works there is super rude. i wanted to try 2 samples and he got mad and said i’m only allowed to try one. what if i didn’t like that one sample?!?! what is the point of samples if you’re only allowed to have one. this guy is miserable and hates his life lol
