I had ordered a Family Pack and 4 large drinks online for pick up. The young girl at the counter was obnoxiously rude! When we asked her for another sauce, she threw it on the counter and walked away. When we asked for the 4 cups for our drinks we ordered we were questioned if we paid for them (even though we prepaid for EVERYTHING online and they had the receipt). Once we proved we paid for our drinks the cups were given to us. Upon arrival at home we realized that none of the sauces were closed correctly and the sauces were all over the sides and bottom of the bag with our 2 orders of fries, veggies and wings. The bottom of the bag was soggy gave out and most the wings ended up on the floor so we couldn't even eat them. Upon closer inspection we realized they hadn't even given us the 50 wings that we had even ordered. Beyond disappointing. Yes, I did call the store and asked to speak to a manger. I spoke to a male who said his name was Anthony and explained what had happened. He was of no help and told me no manager was on duty and that he was "kind of in the position" for the night. He told me he could have his manger Theresa call me or I could call her. I chose to call her. Upon the 4th call she answered. I explained what had happened and she said there was a manager at the store and didn't know why anyone would've said differently. She asked me to send her pictures so she could bring it to the attention of her employees. I found that to be a strange request, but I took a picture of what I could and sent her that. She also asked for my order number and said she would see what she could do. Never heard anything back from anyone after I sent her the photos by text. I will NEVER spend another penny at this establishment after I wasted a little over $80.00 on food we couldn't eat.
This is a one star NOT because of customer service. This is at you Corporate, 7207 Radio Rd Naples FL 34104 location’s air conditioning was out today. Today is Naples is 93 degrees and humid today. I walked into this location today, front door back door open trying to get air flow and every single employee was red in the face and shiny with sweat. Me as a customer that waiting 5 minutes in the store felt like I was suffocating. I can’t imagine what all day working around non stop ovens and fryers with so espace from the heat. For Customers you shouldn’t be having them come in, let alone your own employees! That’s so in humane!! I’d like to see anyone of the corporate members to come work on in that literal sweat shop Florida heat and humidity if making money for one more day is more important than your employee’s safety. Wouldn’t this be a OSHA regulation??
A good selection of wings on rhe menu with different levels of spice. Very reasonable prices Tasty wings Loved the boneless wings Really enjoyed the wings. Friendly helpful staff
food is good.. in general wingstop has good food but jesus christ this place can’t do anything right, no matter what EVER. it’s always SOMETHING
The wings were ok, they forgot to include the fries, which I only realised when I got home. So I had to drive back, and explained I was missing my fries. At no point did they apologise and the general attitude was that they didn't care.
ordered 6 piece chicken wings, yet waited over 30 minutes. not one person came over to ask “did you get your order” or see what was up. once i got the wings, they weren’t even chicken wings, they were like scraps and were the size of a tiny ball. poor service, poor food. never coming back. wish i took a photo before getting a refund.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I tried to confirm my order multiple times with the lady at the register, who was too busy arguing with her coworker to answer my question, only to go home with just half of my order as well as wrong items. When I call to information them of the mix up they hung up on me. I’d rather drive the extra mile for literally anything else then order from this place again.
Poor management. On the day of the Super Bowl, they were 2 hours behind. I even called in 2 days before with an exact time for pickup. I walked away after I saw the line outside not moving. The sad thing is that their menu is not complicated….it’s chicken wings. I will never go back.
To be my honest my experience has always been 5 stars!!! Delicious fries and wings!!! Yumm. Thank u guys. Always a happy customer!! :)
Pre orders and paid for wings for Super Bowl. When my husband showed up they were totally backed up and no one was getting their wings. They would not issue a refund for the wings we never got. Total Rip off. Buyer Beware.
