The young lady that took our order was so sweet. She said yes ma'am and no ma'am and thank you. As an older adult I appreciate that. The food was hot and the price was good. The store was clean.
If I could share zero stars I would today. That Wendy's imokalee was the slowest drive thru I have ever been through.30 minutes of no food waiting for the nastiest outcome possible. Burgers sucked, Fries were cold...and they were HARD as a rock! No stars
4 cars ordered ahead of me and literally took 30 minutes no exaggeration. Paid for my Frostys and small fry and got my change with no receipt. Then I was asked if I needed a drink carrier for my 5 Frostys..Hmmm, you think? Got my Frostys and waited for my fries and when the employee came to the window I told her that I didn't get my small fry. She says "$2.13" and I said I'm pretty sure it was on the order and she just said "$2.13" again..so I just gave it to her and didn't get a receipt that time either. The fries were cold and stale. I would have rather eaten the "cold soggy" fries from the commercial. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location before but usually love Wendy's food but time after time of messing up this was the last straw..not returning
fries were cold and soggy, tasted like they had heated them up in the microwave. not really expecting fine dining at a fast food restaurant, but i at least expect some crispy greasy fries????
The staff is professional and the food is good. Unfortunately they’re understaffed so be prepared to be patient. Ultimately the slow drive thru is on the management not the employees.
Quite possibly the worst trained fast food staff in the entire state of Florida. Inarticulate coupled with getting wrong order almost every time, plus the added benefit of nasty and rude attitudes. Is the a manager in the house? Lol smh
Vincent, the manager for this Wendy’s location is the worst customer service provider I’ve ever encounter. Uneducated, entitle and very rude to every single person that was in there. Didn’t even acknowledge customers as they were coming in and actually saying GOOD MORNING to him, straight ignoring people. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone in town, poor service, rude staff and expect yourself to be kicked out just by asking about your order.
Serving the best foods! Taste amazing! But the worst part is the long line :/ wait time is about 20- 30 mins. Or depending on order. People looked tired since their are alot of drive though. Other wise recommend!!
I’m only giving them five stars because I’ve been coming here for years. Right now they need help. These people work incredibly hard and I’ve been in that drive through line past ten and they still took my order… they are under paid and under staffed but these people that stay have worked so hard. Wonderful place.
I’ve never been so disrespected. This establishment does not close for at least another hour. (Yet the workers, who do not establish when it closes, and yet they decided they) When I proceeded to ask for there names they would not give me them. I live right down the street and will make the effort to go further just so I DO NOT support this business further. Poor management on their part= poor establishment.
