Unless you like being ridiculed for no reason, you should not go to this poorly managed Wendy’s! I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years, and have always been shocked with the continual bad service this location has always had and still not being shutdown! Today was the last straw when I got treated like absolute garbage by an employee! If she worked for me, she would of been fired on the spot no question! They never run this place correctly and have false advertisement of the dining room being open, when all the doors were locked! This place is run by control freaks who like to tell lying customers what to do! This is how they like having fun! DO NOT GO HERE!
Took a large group of kids here after a church event. They were satisfied. I was grateful that the manager was willing to host us.
Went way before closing in the drive thru and there was a super long line. We saw the employees literally leave while there was an entire line. We were all confused. Do better. Stop being lazy.
Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Nothing fast about this food. Cold chicken nuggets, very hot fries though. They were taking a single order at the drive-thru at a time and serving that single order before they took the next order. The staff was moving at a snails place. Mumbling when they spoke too. I'll not return.
I've been to this location only 1-2 times before, never had any issues until today.It says that they're open till midnight. I show up on the drive thru at 9.40pm, there are 3 or 4 cars waiting and obviously being served. When I got in line two employees got out and stated yelling at me "We're closed! Don't you see we're closed?! Noo moore! "Of course I was hungry and it's already annoying enough they won't serve me, but I got bothered by the way they were yelling.It is very disrespectful to treat customers like that. I work in the restaurant industry and understand them, but screaming so rude is not okay.First, it says you're open till midnight on Google Maps. Ok, you're apparently closed and that's fine, but don't you treat me like that.
Slowest place ever and still got the order wrong
1st of all, I wasn't even supposed to go to this one. *story time* I went on my lunch break and was bringing my coworkers something to eat as well, but the one I KNOW I saw nearby my work pulled a magic trick and disappeared. So GM brought me here. *end of story*Y'all, their chicken sandwich on the menu, she was thicc. When she came into my bag, she was thinn. Eh, okay. Maybe the taste will be decent. And it wasn't... terrible. Edible, for sure. Fries were okay. They got a pretty big order right so I gave these guys an extra star for that. Other than that, would I eat at this Wendy's again? Maybe if I happen to be in the area, but would not go out of my way for them.
If I could give zero stars I would. The drive thru employee was one of the rudest people I have ever met and had absolutely no customer service skills. When I ordered my food I asked for extra sauce and he said okay. When I got to the window and paid there was only one sauce in the bag so we asked for 2 more and the guy began yelling at us saying nobody should need that much sauce and that’s not how this works. He continued yelling at us as we drove away. I called to speak with a manager and of course the drive thru worker stated he was the manager and began yelling at me through the phone saying I didn’t understand how sauces worked. I also got home to find out there was one sauce in the bag and everything was ice cold like it had been sitting out for a while.
Line wasn't too long. My order was accurate and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly, and even gave my mouthy dog a chicken tender. Thanks for your kindness
We got here right before 2pm, as we got inside an employee was locking the door behind us. We stood their for a few moments to be acknowledged. We ordered and managed to get our food. Then people were trying to get inside but couldn't because all the doors were locked. Then all the lights where turned off, then staff was leaving...... not sure if they close during the middle of the day what but there is no signs up. Apart from the weirdness the food was good.
