The service was great, the food was skimpy and mediocre. We ordered (1) fatoosh salad since it was priced at $16 we assumed it would be plenty to split...wrong it was an individual portion and did not contain ANY visible sumac which is a basic spice for these salads. We decided to order the chicken shish kabobs which were supposed to be a mixture of chicken, green pepper and onion on a skewer and instead received (8) 1" square chunks of chicken which were removed from a skewer with another salad and no onion or pepper from a kabob. I guess we were supposed to split this and feel we each had $25.00 worth of food. Very bland and very disappointing. I guess if you have never had Mediterranean food before, this might seem amazing but folks it is chicken and vegetables and far overpriced as far as I am concerned. The baba ganoush that came with the salad was also bland and lacked the taste from the baked eggplant. I am truly surprised at all the great reviews-I must have come at a bad time or this restaurant is trying hard to keep a high-end image by menu cost alone. I have regularly enjoyed Lebanese food in Dearborn, Michigan where REAL Mediterranean food costs less than half of what this place charges.

Take out menu was the same price as majority of the food court menus. Difference being this place doesn’t include a drink in the price of the take out specials. The lamb gyro did not come with the tzatziki sauce that a gyro typically comes with. When asked about it, we were attempted to be charged for the sauce. The fries were undercooked and cold. Not worth the price of the food. Now I see why everyone is at chick fil a

The Pink Sultan is probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I LOVE beets but I’ve never had this particular dish before & I’m so glad I tried it. Absolutely gorgeous & perfectly delicious. To-go packaging was A+ & everything I got was SO good. Will definitely order again.

Excellent Turkish food. Not greasy, not salty. One can taste the flavor of the ingredients. Fresh, tender meat and vegetables. Variety of different dishes. The servers are from Turkey and are very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Prices are high, but everyone who runs business in Naples, Florida charges the “rich people of Naples” fee. Highly recommended!

This was $70 in takeout. The pita was cold and not fresh, too many onions in the bean salad and the tiniest tzatziki sauce for a full meal. The reviews were so good. We were disappointed with the takeout. Maybe it’s better if you go there.

BEST Turkish food in all of florida. Damla was beyond sweet and helped guide us as to what to order. Definitely had a fantastic experience overall and would definitely recommend.

I just got out of these restaurant because I wanted to seat in a table and they said the table is only for 4 people, like are you serious? Literally they kicked me out. I want to seat whatever I want. JezzThe restaurant was empty. Couple of people in the other side. Wasn’t nice of them. I’m in the line to get Panda Express ? Oh well. I asked for teriyaki chicken guess what? They didn’t have the teriyaki sauce lol today is not my day

Salad was swimming in dressing almost like soup. Half a glass of water no refill. Bread was old, dry, and had an odd smell

Price: $$ - $$$Food: Authentic Turkish Cuisine. All dishes were freshly prepared and the food was good.Ambience: Modern and casual. The outdoor seating is nice and if you use the outdoor entrance, it doesn't feel like you're eating at the mall.Service: Good. It seems that the person waiting on us was still getting the hang of things, but was quite friendly, informative and accommodating.Bottom Line: Vourla Mediterranean Grill & Café offers high quality Turkish cuisine and an authentic alternative to the mall food court and its typical lower end offerings if you don't mind a higher price point.

Great Food! Great Service! First time in Naples, FL for business. As an American of Turkish descent who knows and loves Turkish cuisine, the food was very delicious. Server Yusuf was very polite and knowledgeable. If you are in Naples, Florida area and in the mood for a Turkish/Mediterranean style food, you should give this restaurant a chance. You will not regret it☺️
