Wait time is always an issue here. I eat at one of the these almost everyday. By far this is the slowest service there is. Even online makes you wait 8-10 min after promised time
We have ordered online multiple times for our office lunches of 10 or more associates for delivery and all of the orders were for different menu items and all were accurate and hot and the smoothies were delivered cold packed in ice. Everyone was very happy with their lunches and the delivery time was very quick once the order was placed.Overall, good fresh food and delicious snacks and smoothies. The store manager Chris is the best!!!
Slowest service I have found for all the T.S in town. Have held off on leaving a review. Ordered online several times in past two months and it seems this store takes the longest of all stores in town. Usually have to wait for an online order 10+ minutes.
Wrong order with no straws, utensils, or anything. Missing items as well. Horrible customer service.

Very disorganized… looks like they have full staff, but don’t get fooled. No one knows what’s going on. If you’re in a hurry, go next door to Moe’s. They need to work together in unison.
Melanie is not helpful or friendly. (Young girl with blue eyes) I hope they gave me the correct name. She did not have a name tag I had to ask what her name was. She offered no help when I asked questions about the smoothies. Even ignoring me at first. I did not have my glasses and was struggling seeing the smaller print detailing which fruit was in each smoothie. Another customer had to help me while she just stared at me. I’m not upset I’ll be back the smoothies are great and so are some of the sandwiches. I just thought that some one in charge should know about it.
