5 minutes waiting next to the screen, in drive through with no one in front. Finally placed order and they apologized due to being short of staff. When I asked how much longer, they stated I should come inside.?
Super applaud this location for still selling my favorite smoothie…the Tropi-colada!! Please NEVER stop selling it. The only reason I come here!!

My husband and I frequented this place often. Found out that after your total is verbalized to you, the actual total is with the employees adding a tip for themselves. The last time our card was taken $4+ dollars added and when I talked to the “manager” who was a shift leader, he tried to convince me that I placed my card in the machine and added a tip, which was totally untrue. Got home, didn’t have salad dressing, called and instead of offering anything free, I was supposed to drive 15 minutes back to get my dressing. Called the corporate office, spoke to a lady that was giving a full refund. Have yet to receive it! This has been two months ago. I will never eat at Tropical Smoothie again and I will spread the word!

It took 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches made, while one of the sandwiches sat on the counter for 15 minutes after it was heated up before it was wrapped.
Only reason I'm giving this review is because the service was super super slow, no fault of the worker, but every fault on government/society or maybe even the owner for not having enough people working with her or that want to work or will work. This worker was alone doing all & getting yelled at. I felt horrible for her.
Joanne was very efficient was able to take my order at the same time continue making sandwiches and flatbreads for the drive-through. Very impressed by her cleanliness and efficiency. Wish There were more people in the world like her. Great job
Wait on drive thru was insanely long, and after getting my food had to wait some more for my shake, when I got my flatbread it was cold. Will never come to this location again.
I worked at Tropical Smoothie in Estero for 7 years, and having frequented this location since I began working for a pool company, I have to say that all of the employees need to be retrained at this location. There has never been one time in the last 3 years that I’ve gone through this drive through and gotten my order in under 10 minutes. Literally. Not once. Several times it’s only been me in the drive through and no one else in front of me or behind me, and out of curiosity I’ve driven past the front entrance only to find that there’s 1- maybe 2 customers in there. This is not an exaggeration. And the worst part is seeing four employees (that are in front of house).If shown the locations of all items, I could walk into this location and work circles around every single employee. In the time it takes your best employee to make a chipotle chicken flatbread, I could take a flat bread, 2oz of chicken, one slice of pepper jack cheese, run through the oven for 30 seconds, throw lettuce, a sliced tomato and chipotle Mayo together, wrapped neatly in under 1 minute, 30 seconds.The owner has a great franchise, a great location- you simply need to fire everyone and start over. All of these workers lack a sense of urgency, and it shows
