Food and drinks are great. Would have given 5 stars but when I ordered on Uber eats they completely forgot to pack my sandwich. I only get a 30 minute lunch break at work and I was very disappointed when my order arrived without the sandwich. I don’t know if this is on the restaurants end or Uber eats. Either way, very frustrating. Food is great tho, love this place and will continue to order from here despite this slip up.
We eat here weekly. Can’t go wrong with their wraps and the smoothies are delicious!
The smell was horrid every time I went x3. Not sure if it's sceptic, trash smell or both. Service was fair☹️
Every time you come in here sorry we’re out of blueberries!! Really try ordering them!!! Staff is really rude!! Never coming back to this tropical!! And where is management?? Control your rude staff!!!
This place is always busy and the young folks working are always busting their butts and the people ordering are always so nasty and rude to these young kids. In case you people with your faces stuck in your phones barking orders at 16 year olds haven't noticed, there is a lack of workers, give these kids a break. I give them props for being so young and actually having a job.
Kids loved it they always like to stop there .I drive a bus sport bus for after school sports . They love it .
Walked in entire place smelled like garbage that’s been sitting. Still ordered food, it came hot and quick, first bite found hairs in my food. At this point I’m pretty grossed out… came back to return the food to find ants crawling on the walls. Also noticed a rag was being used to wipe down the fruit area. Tons of health code violations. This place needs a serious cleaning. Not a good look.
Great smoothies and food! Just like every business they have trouble finding staffing so please be patient and appreciative of the staff there!
Kale salad was bad was not replaced with another side bathrooms were disgusting and my smooth was not blended correctly
I really enjoy tropical smoothie! But every time I come to this location the customer service is not inviting. I came in today and didn’t even get acknowledge which led me to leaving without placing an order since no one wanted to take my order????? I guess???? Also, the kids here don’t change their gloves enough. They’re picking peanut butter soufflés off the floor, scratching their neck with the gloves on! With a open kitchen concept you have to have better sanitation habits. Probably won’t come back to this location :(
