Ella is a delight!! Met her years ago at farmers market! She makes such delicious sauces and meatballs!! Always take the home with me to Kentucky, when we leave!! Thanks Ella
Food fantastic. But…..owner added $30 to bill she handed to me and I only found out when checking credit card statement. Also, there is a service fee on receipt that implies her service fee but later informed me it was for my benefit to use my credit card. Again, no issues with covering a small business cost but she should inform upfront. Great food but be careful you know what you are paying for.
This place is outstanding! The lovely woman who must be the “sauce lady” couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. The evening after Christmas we had a fantastic lasagna dinner for 10 family members with addictive delicious garlic knots. In the past we’ve shipped braised beef ravioli to our summer home. They’re my grandchildren’s favorite! This woman is a Naples treasure! I’d give her 6 stars if I could!
We had the pleasure of meeting Ella, the owner of Sauce Lady. What a treat! She greeted us with a smile and showed us around her store sharing information about how she makes her homemade creations and shared anecdotes about her life and how the store got started. We plan to make this a regular shopping destination.
FABULOUS!
Awesome food! We tried the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. She explained how to prepare it and was very friendly and passionate about Italian food. Great place, I highly recommend.
AMAZING cheese ravioli! Sweetest lady ever! Thank you for an amazing dinner with your ravioli!
We have been going to the Sauce lady for many years, this year is no exception. Everything is excellent. The cannolis are unbelievable the best we have ever had. The artichoke chicken simply delicious - 5 stars and we love the lasagna -- true Italian. yes the price might be high but worth the quality. You cannot get this quality at a restaurant, unless you are paying double the prices.
We ordered lasagna with a side of meat sauce for a family dinner. An employee messed up the order and was very rude about it at the time of pickup. We could have overlooked the poor customer except the lasagna was flavorless and the sauce was horrible! Half the family found it inedible! To top it off, the bill was $85!
Worst customer service. I ordered a 1/4 pan lasagna on Friday to be picked up on Saturday for a Sunday family dinner. When I arrived on Saturday, they had no record of my order but reluctantly gave me one from the refrigerator with no apology or explanation. On Monday, right before closing, they left a curt message saying I was late in picking up my HOT lasagna and they were closing. I responded with a message saying there was an error, I had picked up my lasagna on Saturday. As a courtesy, I called on Tuesday and was rudely told it was my error, that they double check their orders and THEY DON"T MAKE MISTAKES. I paid over $80 to be treated with such disrespect and sadly the family thought the lasagna was bland. So unless you want to over pay for an inferior lasagna, be treated by people who NEVER make a mistake and don't believe in providing good customer service ... I suggest you take your business to some other local establishment.
