The Inn on Fifth is a very lovely boutique hotel. The location is fabulous--right in the center of downtown Naples where all the action is. The staff is very helpful and gave great recommendations. Our only complaint was that there was only a small bar by the pool. However, we would definitely stay there again.
Great Hotel, Great Staff. Club Level is worth every dollar. Pool area great, maybe too less umbrellas. View on 5th Avenue is amazing, sometimes a bit noisy especially on weekends. Area is worth a walk, everything nearby (for European People)
Wonderful location, hotel, and service. The big air conditioning unit walled inside of the room was loud coming on and off every 20 minutes made sleeping hard. I would watch for this and if I had a longer stay I would move. I did not have that experience in other A level hotels.
Excellent hotel. Room was fantastic--comfortable bed & excellent amenities. we stayed club level--very enjoyable. Staff was great. Would definitely stay there again. And location (on 5th ) was perfect. Absolutely nothing negative to say
First the valet took awhile to greet us so we needed to wait for them. The front desk all were on the phone and talking to others while we had to wait until someone was off the phone. First impressions not great. The automatic light in the bathroom is a terrible idea for the middle of the night. Bed was comfy and the location is the sell. The pool had people playing their own music with no regard for others.
Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Stayed in club level king supreme. Club level is a must . Wife and I celebrated our 7 yr anniversary. Naples dining was great. Trulucks is a must. All the staff were great. Great location In The heart of 5th Ave.
The quality of the hotel is still excellent. However, there are now multiple issues that detract from the experience. First, there should not be a parking charge. This is not in a major city and it not appropriate. Secondly, this is not a resort, it is a boutique hotel, and a resort fee is just a profit excuse. The front desk was always properly manned but now there is only one person there and one has to wait often to converse with the front desk. I’ve been a guest multiple times but these things are discouraging me from returning.
Perfect location to be in the “middle of it all”. The staff Judy and Maxwell from the front desk. Juan from valet brought us to the beach and always had a smile and conversation. Gail and Germond from the pool food service always a smile and attentive. The cherry on top was my final day ending with a 2.5 hour spa treatment. Cheers Inn on Fifth….. until next time.
Just fabulous Judy was the best. Loved the entire experience. Wonderful pool great rooms. Good access to the beach. Very friendly staff. The rooms were amazing and clean. The pool staff and service was great
Extraordinary place. But bring water with you, they're giving you 2 bottles per night and nothing more.The Art design is unbelievable
