They got my order completely wrong

This is the SLOWEST Subway I’ve ever been to.

Ordered online and order was all wrong. When i went in there were no people so no excuse to them being busy or plus i worked at subway before and your supposed to put a hand full of lettuce on a foot long but the just sprinkled it on. I asked for extra cucumber since thats all my son eats in his and the literally just put 4 when your supposed to put at least 6 plus they seem old like i can litterally bend them and roll them up last i checked no matter how thin your not suppoed to be able to do that so idk whats going on if its a stingy owner oh his people need re training but something has to change i wish i would have read the review before i even ordered truth be told

They don't take coupons.

did an online order, the only thing that was half correct was the sandwich. the rest of it was not there, called & it just rings and rings. Nice to pay for things that you don't get. I WILL NEVER order from them again.

The store shows in schedule that close at 9pm on Monday, we arrived at 7:25 Pm, the door was closed and the employee was mapping the floor , I’ve knocked the door just to ask what is happening, a was smiling and very polite .. I’ve must knocked the door 3 times to get his attention and he just saw me like mad ? and He scolded me saying that if I did not realize that he was mopping the floor and told me that I must wait until the floor get dry.. lol ?… he was and afroamericano guy , it was Monday November 22nd at between 7:20 to 7:35 pm.maybe if he had been nicer I would not have bothered to go and wait.Because of those things business lost customers.Probably I will never come back there again.

Usually good hereToday was quite slow and my sandwich was over toasted.I guess everyone has a bad day.

Subways food quality has decreased and its price has increased . Every time I've eaten at subways my food has been terrible quality . Cold chicken Chewy cold bacon ? Even after they toasted it...also they served stale bread and am very dissapointed with subway . Not to mention they already give small portion sizes . The customer service is also very poor and most of the time it's easy to tell they don't like their jobs . Will not be eating here or any subway location for a long time till they fix these issues

Second time going to give it another try since we were disappointed last time. Walked in smelled good got to the counter and it looked like it was an inconvenience for us to go in and bother the guy. He took forever making my sub it’s as if he didn’t know what he was doing. He ran out of lettuce and took who knows how long getting some more while working on my husbands sandwich other worker took over since his buddy took forever. Then we go to pay husband repeated that we wanted a large drink 3 times but of course the workers conversation was much more important. We get the lemonade from the fountain it was gross tasted old or as if they added sugar and water to it. Sandwiches were eh normally they’re bomb not today.

This subway allows customers in without masks to order food where they are right next to the ingredients for all of their customers. Will not be coming back to subway knowing how lax they are on covid rules.
