My friend was super excited about the “revamp” of Subway.. Pfft!! I used to love Subway!!! Then over the years they have just run down hill. Nonetheless, I ordered us a couple. Here’s the tuna melt I got.. I included their advertisement pic of the same sandwich. Can you say false advertising?? Sorry Subway, had to give you one last chance. What a disappointment ?

This subway just lost my business with them apparently I come in second when I am fist in line never again will be telling friends and family about this place of busines is horrible

This is the Subway to go to. Same owners for at least past 6 yrs with an always courteous, well trained staff and it...is...Truly Clean!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The Subway employee was completely rude to me for absolutely no reason. I kept my composure but she continued to be super rude and throw our sandwiches together. The sandwiches looked absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this Subway to anybody. The lettuce was brown and gross.

Meatball sub. Bread went bro mush after being heated.

Never go again! The new Spanish girl very rude and disrespectful. Vegetable are tasteless (probably been frozen) food is never fresh. Just go to another subway.

I usually go to this Radio Rd Subway; but once I went to 5555 Golden Gate Pkwy, I realize what a difference. Berkshire store is closer to me, but I'm not impressed by the Indian lady who seems to run the place. Customer Service is not her best suit. However, compared to the 5555 GGPky store, it is IMMACULATE. I can think anything I want about her personality, but she does keep the entire place sparkling clean, including the restroom. So, I will not worry about her customer service skills, because she runs it beautifully during this Covid time and always has. I will ALWAYS go to the Berkshire Subway!!!

Usually I have no complaints about this subway since the staff is usually very friendly and nice but tonight they rushed me an hour before closing time and they talked bad about us in Spanish which is my first language so I understood everything and again they complain about us coming at that hour which was an hour before closing time and they shouldn’t talk bad about customers infront of their faces even worse in Spanish because some people can understand them and that’s not a nice experience. I understand they must be tired and so but they shouldn’t be rude nor rushing the customer an hour before closing is not like I arrived at 7:59 when they close at 8.

The Indian lady needs to improve her customer services, I ask her can you show me what kind the meat you have ( planning to purchase two sandwiches for my workers) and she answered me: what do you mean what kind of meat I have? She was rushing me to select my toppings. This was my second bad experience with her. Planning to give her a good tips because of Christmas holidays!!! Absolutely Customer Service is BAD ?
