Love their online ordering option and how quick and efficient their service is. I can stop in quickly before work and pick up some fresh bagels and spreads. I recommend their bagel sandwiches they are super yummy!
Ok the first time we visited this place, I was impressed my bagel sandwich was fresh and good. My husband was not impressed with his sandwich, the roll was not fresh.I called today to order to pick up because I was on the road and didn't have much time but was told she can not take the order without a credit card, which if i wasn't driving would be no issue. I ordered when I got there. Took order home and was very disappointed, my Asiago Bagel sandwich was super dry, my husband's egg bagel sandwich was not anything to write home about. The muffins were nothing special. For the price this place charges for breakfast it should be outstanding. Will not be back. Lei smile and be more friendly to your customers.
Really good! Bagels were delicious and fresh. Great selection of coffees and juices. Also they have horchata as one of their fountain drinks!
The bagels are very good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The last three times in there, I had very simple orders, and all 3 times they got it wrong. I'm not sure if it's laziness or stupidity.
I’d definitely argue that this has been my favorite place to pick up bagels for my week. However, this time it wasn’t the best.I highly recommend you call in your order instead of placing your order online. The online ordering does not display what they might be out of in store. I placed an order in the morning for a half dozen bagels just to show up an hour later and have 0 of my order saved.They didn’t even call to tell me that my order wouldn’t be available.Overall, the bagels and my past experiences have been great. I would just make sure you call in your order or you might be stuck with their leftovers!
Absolutely love this place!! Best authentic New York bagel. I've been coming here ever since I spotted it about 4 years ago whenever I'm intown. I wished I could open one in Elmhurst, IL.
I have driven by this place 100 times because it is located near my daughter's preschool. Decided to stop in today for the first time to get some work done and enjoy breakfast before heading out to show some condos for sale in north Naples. The service was great and the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Hard to find good my style bagels in Florida and this ranks as one of the best I have had. Will definitely be back again.

Love this breakfast place! Bagels are delicious...French Toast is our family favorite along with the very creamy creme cheese! Wont be disappointed!
Check this place out if you want a great tasting bagel that is stuffed ( sandwich, cream cheese or other filling).The place is tucked in a little plaza off Immokolee Road with a sign that just says Bagels. Depending on when you go you may hit the rush. I've been here a few times over a couple years with same good quality ( pre/during covid & now). Staff is real quick at ringing people up too!
