Ordered a grilled cheese and the ordering system has a default after adding extra cheese you have to scroll down to check out . In the process you can add extra items and I accidentally added mustard and relish . When I went back to get my grill cheese with extra cheese the manager told me she wouldn't remake my grilled cheese cause it was my fault I asked for customer service number them she finally decided to remake my food .
Twice in a row, my car packed full of hungry kids, got less than half of what I ordered. Little kids in car. Can’t exactly hop out and go dispute everything. $32 and ended up with only three kids meals. No dinner for mom and dad tonight! Get it together!
Wow I just had a very wonderful experience and this Steak and Shake. I've been to many Steak and Shakes before however this experience tops them all the food quality was absolutely awesome, the customer service I received just blew me out of the water even though they were extremely busy Lance was such a delight to deal with he knew the menu very well which is very important to me due to the fact that I have allergies he educated me on exactly what's in the shakes and the different sizes. The restaurant was impeccably clean and even though they were very busy he made sure he was very attentive to the drive-through and to myself. Lance you run a tight ship there buddy and I really appreciate it I will be back again Thank you
Best burgers for the price. Their 4 for under $4 deals are great. Nice clean restaurant. Dine-in is do-it-yourself ordering, pretty fast and easy.
Been here a couple time in the past month. First time they totally messed up the order. Second time they got the order right. The drive thru lane does take a long time. Food is good. Milkshakes are really good.
Phenomenal. 9:30pm 2/10/22. First time at a steak n shake. Fkin unbelievable. Straight up best fast food experience ever. Staff exceptional. I work in fine dining. It's these little things that make my day. Thank you.
Honestly I used to work here a long time ago. I got that random urge to go get some food. The floors were really sticky. I don’t know why that bothers me so much. The tables were alright and the seats look fine. Everyone just seem so miserable. The food was soo good tho. I heavily recommend getting a Garlic burger with all the vegetables.
I like the order kiosk when you walk in. Food was absolutely delicious and the shakes were great. Place was very clean and always someone sanitizing and wiping tables.
Going downhill fast. Took away so many items. No servers anymore. Way to slow. Didn't even have straws or give kids the hat and paper car... new CEO destroyed it.
We were lucky enough to be the last customers of the night. Unknowingly we arrived in the drive-thru just as thy were shutting down, but the staff were nice enough to ask what we wanted and said that they would be able to get it done. I wish I could have relayed the same information to the 2 cars in the drive-thru behind us ?... Thank you Steak 'n Shake in Naples, FL
