Attendant was courteous, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
This place is terrible, simply said. This store always has problems whether it’s understaffed, out of products like grande cups, almost any type of flavors for your coffee, lids, you name it. The app is ALWAYS wrong about stuff being out so you can’t order what you’d like, whoever the GM is really needs to get a handle on things for customers paying considered expensive price for breakfast and coffee products. Especially in the area we live in.
I just came to this location today after not being in Naples for 4 years and it's Christmas and I woke up to a nail in my tire and just any and everything that could go wrong I was thankful that this location was open today I'm sad for the workers that they have to work on Christmas and of course to talk of course to top things not going right my food order wasn't there no big deal but the cashier paid for my coffee himself and told me merry Christmas and not just made my day I wish I knew his name to give him recognition bc he truly made my day
Had no cups for coffee. Should close the doors until you get cups.

I love most of the Starbucks. This one was terrible! Caramel macchiato was cold. When I told them it was cold. She was upset at me. Gave me another version of cold Caramel macchiato and didn't even apologize! Stay away from this location until the management fixes the staff attitude and service quality.
