This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Two weeks ago I ordered a grande latte through the app & after waiting 15 mins I got a tall, when I asked about it, she quickly says no that’s a grande & went on. I went to the Pine Ridge location showed them my cup, they apologized & gave me a grande. Last week, I ordered through the app again then drove there to pick it up. My drink was ready but 2 cold items were not. I asked about my other items and she went to get 1. I waited 10 more minutes so finally asked her about my 3rd item, overnight oats. She ignores me twice then finally decides to go get it. It was just sitting there. She was the same girl (Sierra) as the previous encounter. She is lazy and rude. This person should not be customer service. Now I drive to the Davis location. I rather drive longer than see her. Everyone at this location is super nice & get the order right.

I came on June 11th, at 8:30 i placed a mobile order, it was matcha iced latte w brown sugar, vanilla foam & oatmilk (putting my order so partners know exactly who i am) when i get my drink they added chocolate malt powder to it, never asked for it, i understand mistakes happen, so i went through the drive-thru to let them know it was made wrong, i wasn’t even hostile, the man working drive thru orders became extremely defensive barley let me get a word in, cut me off several times, being very rude, it’s like he wasn’t hearing that i was saying, i kept trying to tell him i never added the malt powder in order but he kept repeatedly cutting me, finally after i got a word in to let him know that i didn’t have that powder his manager literally hopped on the headset and spoke for him because he was speechless. when i got to the window the same guy took my drink from me and read the sticker…. he didn’t say anything to me, never heard an apology from him, nothing from anyone. that starbucks is always so rude with dealing with their customers they have no partner connections, they’re literally just the worst all around. my dashcam caught the whole interaction. i really wish i woulda got his name.

I love Starbucks and go all the time and have never written a bad review before but my experience was unacceptable. Was in the drive thru for a while ordered 30$ worth of items. I only had a 50$ bill on me and the girl at the window said she didn't have change for it. I told her it was all I had and she repeated herself and then continued to take orders. Very poor customer service and didn't make any sense

I went to driver Thur to pick up my drink today around 6:50pm and the cashier was very rude!

Came in today at 3:40pm and the girl working at the drive thru decided to tip herself and this isn’t the first time. I would’ve gladly tipped her but it seems to be a recurring pattern with this specific barista. I had $14 in my Starbucks card and my total was 7.50 she took $4 out of my Starbucks card for herself. Normally I’m more than happy to give back and tip baristas for their service, I know how busy they are. However, it’s not an excuse for stealing from someone’s account. Awful experience, Starbucks does not care about their customers.

First time experiencing bad customer service. Cashier Elizabeth had a horrible place with the customer service she provides definitely will not return to this location. Poor customer service

Now anyone that knows me, knows i can be a tad boujie at times, but $50 for 1 grande, 1 medium specialty beverage thru uber eats is quite preposterous!! (Pinky finger up)

Very Friendly I love their dynamics it is my nearest Starbucks as long as their dynamics is amazing it will be my go to spot I'm very picky
