I’m annoyed. They’ve gotten my food & drinks wrong 3 times in a row just yesterday and today. I’ve had to make the drive thru line twice to get my drinks remade. Paid for a panini and got a croissant then I drove all the way to work and had to drive back twice! Asked for a iced green tea lemonade got green tea no lemonade. It’s such of waste of gas, time and money. This was my favorite Starbucks but wow they’ve gone downhill quickly.
Met my out of state home buyer at this location in Naples off Davis Blvd to do a consultation before heading out for the day to look at new construction in the area. Staff was friendly, nitro cold brew was the best and ways a great atmosphere to conduct business. As a local realtor love going to Starbucks to meet my clients

Drive in service was very prompt. Quality of all drinks are excellent.
Friendly staff and quick service. Sat outside in the beautiful Naples Florida sun enjoying the scenery. This was my second time here. I'll definitely return
I had a coupon I wanted to use, but the drive thru woman had no idea how to honor it, she just said “use it next time”. I understand you can’t know everything, but she could have at least tried to ask someone else for help. Listen lady, I want to use the coupon now, not “later”. Very upsetting!
If I could rate 0 stars I would!! I walked into this store at around 6 pm and it was an absolute disaster! The girl who took my order was rushing me the whole time, as well as she seemed too preoccupied talking to her male coworker with blonde hair to do other things than to pay attention to me a CUSTOMER. My drink was also made incorrectly by said male coworker. I asked for almond milk and I got regular milk. I am lactose intolerant and my stomach was in pain for hours. The employee who took my order was named Emma. I hope there are repercussions for her unprofessional behavior. I will never be coming here again.
My husband and I enjoy a weekly Starbucks run in the evening for a good drink and this week Emma made our tradition an absolutely fantastic experience! My husband wanted to try out something new and she so kindly walked him through putting together the perfect drink! When we got up to the window she let us know we had enough stars to use on merchandise….AND that her truck had just left from delivering a big batch of the coveted holiday cups! She brought an armful up to the window while I contemplated which one would come home with me. We had a wonderful chat while she rang us up with a smile. Thank you Emma for you incredible attitude and above average customer service! I love my cup!
Don't really frequent Starbucks much anymore but my iced mocha with ristretto shots was excellent. Not bitter as this is the way it should taste! Added one pump of dark caramel & one less pump of chocolate. Good choice! Light ice is the kicker as you receive much more of a drink this way.
