This location has gone down rapidly over the past month ir so with what seems to be staff turnover and poor service. The location has even been sporadically closed for no apparent reasons from time to time Orders are more and more several minutes later then even the generously king times calculated by the app. For the past few years this has been an excellent place to gather. But for some reason things have changes hopefully this is just a short term issue
Best place to grab an early morning coffee on 5th Ave in Naples. Located near Naples City pier so I always grab my coffee and head over to watch the sunrise before starting my day. Staff is always friendly and attentive, service is great and the atmosphere is even better.
We ordered 4 drinks and were greeted with pleasant staff. It was so hot outside and coffee was necessary as Our resort did not offer specialty coffee. (we expected this and it’s not an issue) The service was fast and staff answered all questions we had.

Long line, long wait but it's because of the car show. Good coffee.
The service was great. Of course there are long lines- it's Starbucks... The one barista seemed to know all the regulars and had a really great upbeat attitude that made it worth finding parking on 5th Ave just for a coffee!
Online orders here, especially for food take much longer than walk-up. Sometimes you have to go inside and remind them there was an order to fill.
