I just went through the drive through in Naples and am very disappointed in the quality of food. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they were iced cold. For an expensive price I expect much better food. I am extremely disappointed and will not be a customer in the future. If you want a hot breakfast sandwich, do not choose Starbucks!
Literally just had the worst experience that I've ever had in a starbucks. Of course it has to be the one in East Naples on Collier boulevard the lady starts screaming at me when I ask for a refresher she said they have no strawberries so I asked for a kiwi and she screams I only have mango! And then the supervisor Anthony gets on and says ma'am we've told you multiple times we only have mango we don't have strawberry I said no you told me that you didn't have strawberry you never said anything about kiwi and he says well we don't have to serve you!" I'm not going to give Starbucks my money with that kind of service.

Lobby is closed. Pretty lame... you know who's lobby isn't closed? Dunkins... their lobby is open... and not a nightmare of a parking lot. Won't be wasting my time with this one any more.
Good Starbucks, same food as everywhere else, good service, nice interior, plenty of outlets for the commuter crew.
Starbucks is known for its great customer service. I guess the people at this location aren't aware of that. The girl manager Alley (? - I asked her her name but not how to spell it) is very rude to people including customers and workers. I plan to go to a different location next time where I feel valued.
Store has decided to stop brewing Dark roast and blond coffee after 11 since it was inconvenient for them and “not profitable “. No options were offered such as a pour over…just too bad! What a shame that Starbucks is unable to properly manage its stores. Customer Service told me it was a local decision.
Delay before they even started making drinks for the lobby, only paying attention to drive through. Then the guy that actually took my order made it wrong twice - and it wasn’t a highly customized order. And charged me for a grande when i ordered a tall. Avoid this location.
This was a clean and simple Starbucks doing an incredible job with limited staff getting long lines of people inside and out their coffee
NEVER order from this location. We’ve ordered delivery twice now because order was messed up. It was missing the Pumpkin Latte and the Venti Frappuccino was placed in tall container with Venti sticker on it…Giving the benefit of the doubt we tried ordering again.Delivery driver shows up with one of two drinks.At this point this mistake is deliberate.So again, save your money and time without experiencing this horrible service.70$ was spent
