I'm giving this location 3 stars because they didn't put something, I think it was strawberries, into the two pink drinks that my daughter and her friend ordered in the drive thru. They refused, insisted in fact, that I but go back and complain, so there's that. Side tangent, why are we all ok with paying so much for coffee and/or sugar heavy water, like the pink drink? You may say to that "well why are you complaining about the very thing you're participating in?". Great question. I blame the kids mother for introducing them, as she's a big fan of spending a lot of money on beverages (or virtually anything for that matter). I blame myself for perpetuating the habit.
This Starbucks location is very unique as it is one of very few stores featuring a Clover coffee brewing machine. If you haven't tasted the exceptionally rich and robust coffee brewed from one of these machines you are missing out on a rich coffee experience! Try it, just ask them to brew your next cup of coffee in their Clover Coffee Brewing Machine!
Polite and friendly staff, plenty of seating for getting some work done, and love the cold brew! (Attached a pic of my go to drink if anyone wants to try!)
The cafe at this location is never open and you can't order ahead. If the line has more than cars you can expect a 20 minute wait minimum. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't last a week. They need an overhaul in management.
As any Starbucks store, attention is great and staff is very helpful. The are where this store is located is nice. No complains about this location. Recommended ?
This location can benefit from stronger leadership, their drive thru is much longer than what Starbucks expectations are. Their staff is unprofessional and get the orders incorrectly. They are always lacking menu items and are out of stock. Which is strange because the other locations (pine ridge, Vanderbilt, and even the one in target on immokale) always have the popular items. I love Starbucks and am loyal to the brand hence my experience in me waiting 35 mins in drive thru. I’d say save yourself sometime and go to another location. Hope Starbucks corporate gets wind of the mismanagement at this location and implements improvements.

I was studying with my friend and we got kicked out because they had staffing shortages and had to close the inside. The inside cafe of this Starbucks is always closed due to this issue and no one seems to be doing anything about it. The next time I came back, I ordered a drink and got it 30 minutes later because they missed my drink sticker. This is an understandable mistake but I patiently waited while everyone who ordered after me was getting their drinks on time. I had told the barista about this and she said that they have to do mobile orders and drive thru first. She then proceeded to finish those orders while I kept waited and when someone next to me complained about their drink taking too long, that same barista asked what they ordered and she immediately made it for them. I’ve been coming here for years and this location has just gotten extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
I come here to study as it is the closet place for me due to the location but two days in a row the inside of the coffee shop is closed. One day before I got there it was closed due to staff shortage which is completely understandable but the next day it’s open and the people that are inside all get kicked out since they decided to close the inside at noon. This is an extremely annoying inconvenience.
Bad attitudes. Had to ask 4 times for our bakery order. Ignored first 3 times. Dirty inside. Person who took our order was definitely over caffeinated. Lol. Very impatient. Won’t go here again. No community feel like the Starbucks of old. :(
