Many employees not doing anything. I was sent to the other end and I finally had to ask for help. I placed my order but was not clear where to pick it up. I figured out I had to go the front. I didn't get my bottled water so she told me to go get i, hair hanging in their face...I'm not sure if all Starbucks are like this one. Not sure if I want to find out. I'll stick to the local mom and pop shops.It looked like everyone just rolled out of bed., H
Ordered two drinks. One was mad incorrectly. Not the barista‘s fault, order was put in wrong. I order the same thing all the time. I paid for it to be made with four shots and was given one. She refused to make it until she was done with everybody else’s drinks until I went back to the cash register to talk to somebody and then all of a sudden my drink finally appeared and this is what it looked like. The one on the left is the second one made. I spent $10 for each of these drinks.When you spend that kind of money on a coffee it should be made right.
Often doesn't have what you're looking for and long wait times. On a positive their bathroom is clean
SUPER SLOW. Waited almost 20 min in the drive thru for two drinks.
No in-store pickups of online orders makes the wait here a nightmare. I highly recommend trying a different location unless you have the time to wait during the day.
Slow..not enough staff,not careful..they picked up a cup that had fallen on the floor and continued to use it..yuck!
Coffee was a good, standard brew. The one girl who I spoke with was not very helpful or friendly when I asked what the ingredients in the herbal teas were. My daughter has some dietary restrictions, so I can't just buy her whatever. The girl just said, "I don't know. If you need to read ingredients pick something from the cooler." I'd pick a different Starbucks of you care about customer service. Also gross bathroom. Employee used it and left blood drips. Fine otherwise.
Great staff fast friendly service
This Starbucks on tamiani trail in Naples was near my home buyers hotel. They are relocating to Southwest florida and we had not met in person. We met here for our consultation before going to view condos in the area for sale. The free wifi is always great, the atmosphere is quiet and the cafe is clean. Service is the best.
One of the two best Starbucks in Southwest Florida! They know me by name and always get my order just the way I want it. Austin stands out he is a great Barista and his coworkers are all about customer service.
