I waited in the front of the line for almost 20 minutes for my order tonight. There was no one behind me and one person in front who got their order quickly. Before I knew it there was a line and Other people in line behind me were having their orders brought out by the cashier who helped me. While two other employed just sat in the front not helping and not answering the phone. I had to call 3 times until I finally got through just to ask for my money back. The customer service was poor. No communication on why my order was taking so long or an apology afterwards. I’m never coming to this place again.
Twice in a row bad service so I'm done. Cold burgers, burnt bacon. I asked for no sauce that came with bacon burger so they put that sauce on it plus Mayo that wasn't even an ingredient! Horrible. They offer grilled onions on food but app won't let you add it online. I'm finished here.
Prompt service, friendly staff, clean eating area, good food. I ordered the crispy tender dinner with onion rings and a limeade.
Are the wages here super low? Is the manager literally the worst person in existence? Something has got to be wrong at this store because every night time employee seems to hate their lives, their job and themselves. Absolutely does not matter how nice you are, what time you get there or if you tip. If anyone who works there is reading this: next time I come through, blink twice if you’re being held against your will cause I can’t imagine any other reason for y’all to be so mad all the time ?
i was here the other day and the guy with the makeup on was very nice and sweet to and super fast running out our order :)

There was so much mustard on the burger melt that my boyfriend couldn’t eat it. The picture is what he attempted to scrape off , but the show bun was yellow from so much mustard. I ordered tots and got 6 tots. They didn’t even bother to fill the thing it comes in. The milkshakes were half a**ed as well. Barely any of the candy we ordered in it. (Mine legit had 1 m&m) First and LAST time ever going to this sonic.
We stopped in to get a refreshing drink, however we hit the button for service and was not greeted or served within 10 minutes so we left.
The food was good. But the place was a mess. I think maybe 5 or less screens were working. And there were grose vultures everywhere.
This place is so much fun and one of the only places to eat after 11.
