The girl behind the counter couldn’t stop talking to make the smoothie. She was talking to 2 co workers. I thought customer came before social hour. Never had this problem at Planet Smoothie
As a real estate agent in Naples I am often on the go and eating healthy can be a challenge. Smoothie king on Immokalee is near my office in North Naples so it is one of my best options. My favorite is the peanut butter jelly smoothie. The staff is always friendly and the smoothies are delicious and they offer lots of add ons.
I went to order my usual mango smoothie. They made it THREE times and still messed it up, when I ask for a refund, the male stire manager told me he can not because he already remade it once. It was a waste of money, because it was tasteless.
We love Smoothy King but you have a young lady there with a serious attitude problem. She is detrimental to your business. She worked the Sunday morning shift. She has dark hair and is mad at the world. Ruined our experience.
OMG, sooooo good and the staff here was very professional and kind. Just got the app to get rewards and looking forward to many more smoothies. YUM!!!!
The reason I am giving 2 stars is because I ordered a smoothie online through smoothie kings website and the first time it told me to "try again later" when I tried to pay. So I reloaded the page and ordered again. This time it went through. When I got to smoothie king they had made AND charged me for 2 smoothies... I was alone and did not need 2 smoothies and since it was a malfunction on their website I thought they would refund me for one of them. But instead when I told the lady what happened she was very rude to me and told me "sorry next time you need to check your bank account before ordering a 2nd one" that makes no sense to me because it told me the payment didn't go through. She wouldn't refund me for one of them and just kept telling me there was nothing she could do. The smoothie tasted good but this poor customer service was really disappointing.

Great customer service and good smoothies. My only complaint is the music is very explicit the few times I’ve been in. Today one song was a female rapper explaining her genitalia with some harsh language. Not great for the family
Everytime I go there I get the banana boat smoothie with a scoop of vanilla protein. It's really good and worth checking out. I mean if you like smoothies and/or have taste buds.
