Very good Italian food on Bayshore. Owner , Massimo Miceli, very friendly and welcoming. Arugula salad nice. Pizza margherita terrific and I am a pizza snob from NYC. Cannot wait to go again! Manny
We met friends for dinner before attending the Botanical Gardens Light show. Sicilia has a great menu with pizza, pasta and Italian entrees. Everything was very good. We will be back
Service was a bit spotty, two waitpersons arguing about which one was going to serve us. But the food was very enjoyable.
Really excited about checking out the neighborhood Italian restaurant we are both servers in town and like to check out new places well I can only sum it up as overpriced for what it was and who puts green beans and broccoli in there linguini and clams and insult to the dish the veal parm was burnt left feeling so ripped off !!!! The best part was the dessert we got to go your staff just sat in the corner and hung out talking we were obviously interrupting there evening !! One and done we will not be returning !!
Good food and service, simply served. We’ve dined a couple of times, tried the arancini and meatballs as appetizers, both were good. I’ve had the agnolotti osso bucco and a pizza…the pasta was not hot enough for my preference but the pizza was excellent, thin and crispy crust with the right amount of sauce and cheese. My wife has had the pasta carbonara twice and it’s as close to authentic as you can get here in Naples (most places serve it bathed in a cream sauce, not authentic at all). I’ve tried hers and it is flavorful, though again, I’d like it to be served hotter. The value is quite fair at about $45 per person, including wine and 27% for tax and tip.
Went to Sicilia’s tonight. Everything was amazing. Service was great. My ravioli stuffed with veal saltibucco with a mushroom sauce was delish. Lasagna great. The special chicken and sausage dish was falling off the bone was so flavorful . The three layer ice cream cake was tasty. Will be back soon.
We went to this charming Italian restaurant this past weekend. Our waiter, Michael, was beyond outstanding. He truly made our evening with friends so enjoyable. There do seem to be a number of regulars and the atmosphere is up lifting. Reading all the towns in Sicily on the walls brought back memories of our trips to Sicily, home of my husband's ancestors. The pizza and other dishes were very very good.
I just didn’t see what everyone is raving about. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular. They had valentines decorations hanging from the ceiling 2 weeks after Valentine’s Day. The food was average at best. Had the pizza which was tasty but not great. It had a focaccia crust. A little too thick. For dinner had chicken parm and eggplant parm. The chicken parm had a strange taste. The portion was a little light. One piece of chicken. Most restaurants give 2. The eggplant had the skin on it. Most people prefer no skin. The best part of the experience was the friendly server. She was a 10. The restaurant not so much. Probably won’t be back. You only get 1 shot with me when it comes to Italian.
We are new to the downtown area and this restaurant is a real find. Family owned, authentic, and delicious!!
The best way to describe this restaurant is to said , that you want to try real and authentic Sicilian food you need to go there,OMG the tiramisu is to die for ...
