the food is very tasty, the customer service is terrible. lack of respect . I will never go back to this place and I will talk to all my friends, just the bad service. if you are looking for a good service don't go to this place
Ok, this restaurant has great food. The bartender Rinaldi is awesome. We live close by, it’s our go to Mexican restaurant. The very bad thing is they changed how they serve their Margaritas. I love a good skinny Margarita. It used to be served in a beautiful Margarita glass. The last few times they put it in a small whiskey glass. I want presentation….. especially when I’m buying top shelf tequila. We aren’t talking house tequila, I pay more for the good stuff. Also, they served my husband his beer in a PLASTIC BUD LIGHT cup. I felt like I was back in college at a party ready to play beer pong. Whoever is making the decisions to “save cost” and serve Margaritas and beer is sub par cups should truly rethink this. We are in Naples FL where ppl expect beautiful drinks served in true beer glasses or mugs and margaritas are in the appropriate glasses as well….. not cheap plastic small cups. Maybe cut costs somewhere else. We are willing to pay more for what we want.
Sat at the bar, bar was empty. Food was excellent but the service stunk. Had empty glasses pushed up to the edge of the bar and still had to wait and flag the bar tender down for refills. At the end of the meal, stacked up and pushed all of our empty plates to the edge of the bar and waited 10 minutes for the bar tender to notice we were finished and wanted the check. Terrible service.
We ate at this restaurant several times, mostly the food was good; however, our last experience was not the best; we had the shrimp tacos and the shrimp fajitas. Both of our entrees had re-fried beans and rice ; shrimp was warm and very good , rice and refried beans were cold. I also do not appreciate having the tip recommendations highlighted in yellow. We tip accordingly. Washrooms we’re disgusting.
We’ve been dining at this location for years. Best Margaritas and great service. Gabriel is the best!
Nice atmosphere, but extremely overpriced for what you get. Three of us cost well over $100 for pretty bland Mexican food. Charged $4 for sour cream. $2.50 if you want your chips refilled. $10.95 for queso. Yikes! Many other moderately priced and delicious options in Naples.
I have never had a bad meal here! Their queso dip is delicious & I highly recommend their taco salad! Nice atmosphere & a good meal for a good price!
We came in today for a rare dinner out. We had a group of 4 adults, a baby, and a 2 year old toddler. It was around 5 pm and the restaurant wasn't at all busy, with plenty of empty tables. The guy in charge wanted to put us in a 4 person booth. We asked if we can have one of the multiple empty tables so we'd have room and he kept insisting that we can fit in a 4 person booth. He insists that our 2 year old toddler in a high chair share the walkway side of the booth with the stroller with our sleeping 3 month old while the four adults sit on the booth. That's ridiculous. Needless to say, we left. Not at all accommodating.

The food was EXCELLENT! I order the stuff pineapple with chicken. I have never eaten anything like this before and it was Wow so good. Would order again and will be going back. The server was friendly and attentive. I’m so glad, I stopped by.
