As always Rib City was perfect!! Our waitress BRANDI is the best! She has waited on us before and we were so happy to see her again. She is so professional and super friendly!!BRANDI should be the manager. I hope her employer realizes what a gem he has in her. Its hard to find good help these days.See you again real soon Brandi!! Kudos to the staff at this location! We were a party of 27, had prior arrangements for Long Horn Steakhouse who at the time of our arrival informed us they could not accommodate us. We called 6 nearby establishments & Rib City was the only one to tell us "Don't worry, just come & we'll make it work". We were there in 5 minutes. With such short notice our expectations weren't high on service but the staff was so awesome especially our server Laney!! She was on top of everything, no mistakes with orders & such a fun attitude. The food was great. We got there at 7, waited 10 minutes top for them to set up & were all full & happy by 8:45. Thanks so much for helping make our celebration happen!
I ate here for the first time last week while visiting Naples on vacation. Service was horribly slow! We were here over 30 minutes before getting drinks. The rest continued to arrive just as slow. Our server was completely forgetful but the food was good. I asked for brisket and got sliced beef. Okra was yummy. Bummer there weren’t baked potatoes until after 4 pm. At the end of the day I’d eat here again because I lived the sliced pork and Mac and cheese.
Been there twice before but never reviewed it. We ordered the ribs and brisket and they were very good. The ribs were soft, smoky and sweet. I loved them! The brisket was also tender and flavorful. Their baked beans were wonderful and the Mac and cheese was really good as well. Had the coconut cream pie and the key lime pie. Both very good. This place is worth a visit.
We have been dining in and using take out from this north naples location since it opened..1989.The food is always good and reasonably priced.All through the years, the staff have always been great.( must be the same owner all this time..how else could you account for great consistency for so long)Highly recommend this restaurant!
Food was good! I got brisket and he got baby back ribs. We did a combo and my brisket was good but not as good as other places. Ribs were delicious. I would go back.
Super-nice, and easy to get to spot for delicious ribs and other good food in a nice, casual, friendly staff, great service atmosphere.
I had the barbecue pork sandwich but I would have much rather had a pulled pork sandwich on a bun rather than on the bread. But on the other hand they have better fries than McDonald's has!
I am not a huge fan of anything BBQ, but I couldn't believe how delicious the ribs were. They literally fell off the bone. The pulled pork was also delicious. The only bummer was they forgot my husband's coleslaw and I had to go in to the restaurant to get our curbside order, but these aren't huge deal breakers. Rib City made me appreciate BBQ food!
Can't wait to go there again. Best ribs we have ever eaten. we will be finally back in 2022 for some more.
