We were greeted immediately by a lovely French woman and seated in a comfortable corner table for two. My French designer pocketbook elevated us to celebrity status and we were treated like royalty. It was adorable! The menu has many authentic dishes and the 81 years young chef/owner came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Highly recommend pairing any dish with champagne! And saving room for the homemade dessert. The night was so fun and the food so outstanding, we can’t wait to visit again. This gem is tucked away in a little shopping center and worth the few minutes drive from downtown.

Restaurant Bonjour is a hidden gem .The food is exceptional as is the service. It is authentic French cuisine. It is a very small restaurant, but good things come in small packages. Of all the French restaurants in this town , this is one of the best .

This was an excellent French restaurant. Now this isn’t a fine dining establishment and that’s just fine. It’s a casual restaurant that does the classics very well. They also bake their own baguettes so the bread is fresh, crunchy, and delicious. My wife had the red snapper special and I had the lamb chops which were also the special. Both were excellent. My children have the palettes of, well, children. They had the cordon bleu. The French Onion soup was excellent and they used traditional greuyere cheese. Most places use mozzarella cheese and that’s completely wrong. The escargot was also very good too. Their deserts were delicious. The chocolate mousse tasted of orange as well so it was good as was their apple tatin and the peach Melba. So, if you want good solid French food in Florida in a casual atmosphere, then definitely visit this gem.

We love this restaurant. Always the best French food and authentic French bread. You won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal just phenomenal! From service to quality of food and price. Best escargot i ever had not rubbery but soft and sweet. I'll let my photos talk for themselves.

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant based on reviews we’d read. We legitimately felt like old family from the moment we walked in until we left. Pate was an appetizer which was excellent. We had chicken cordon bleu and lamb and both were outstanding. Clearly cooked with love. We split a crème brûlée for desert and it was the perfect finish to the night. This restaurant is in the corner of a strip mall and doesn’t look like much from the outside. But I promise what’s inside is absolutely worthy of a trip. We will be returning often.

Very friendly and quaint. Food was excellent as well as the service.

It was a quiet evening the Memorial Day weekend. The chef and the waitress both came to chat with us. The food was very good. The frog legs were meaty and perfectly cooked. The filet mignon with melted foie gras was also great. The owner was nice enough to give us a chocolate mousse which was excellent and chocolaty.

wonderful some of the best quality french food i've ever had. can't wait to go back!

Why did we not know about this place after living here for 20 years??? This is a gem of a restaurant on SO many levels!! Veronique handles the entire room by herself, plus makes many of the sauces, desserts, preps dishes, serves wine, assists the owner/Chef, and more. The woman is a wonder. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, perfectly spiced, and proportions are just RIGHT (not overly large). The wine is delicious and NOT overpriced. This is the kind of place you can go early, stay all night, and feel like you've made a trip to a little bistro in Paris on a side street off the main drag, and had someone take care of you who cared that you were THERE. Also open for lunch, which makes it ideal for any kind of lunch - we love it for business lunches because it is quiet. Everything is wonderfully delicious, from the fresh fish, to the lamb, to the filet with foie gras, to the LIVER (what restaurant still does liver and does it so well????) to the endive salad (I could make a meal on just that alone) to the onion soup to the homemade desserts. The Chef does an incredible job with all of the dishes and when he pops out at the end of the evening to say hello, you are in for a treat. These two are a team extraordinaire. Exquisite food, perfect wines, a lovely, intimate atmosphere, a delightful & knowledgeable hostess....what could be a better way to spend an evening????
