The staff that was on shift today at around 4pm and the food, were so on point today. The gentlemen that was helping me with my order was kind and courteous. That chicken though….got home with my takeout order, everything was there, it was hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious. Overall, it was such a surprisingly seamless and delicious experience that I wanted to make sure that the staff knows that you are appreciated by my family and I and should be appreciated by corporate as well!

This Popeyes is right near my house, so we come here often. Consistently good food, quick service, and friendly staff. The few times where something wasn’t right, the staff fixed it immediately. I recommend trying the Mac and cheese.

So disappointed with this Popeyes location. The tenders are small and the popcorn shrimp was mostly breading. It's a shame, I love Popeyes, but this place makes me not want to return. They need to do something about this place because it will not be able to last like this.

Early evening Saturday I walked in to order takeout and was told only drive thru open. There was a live band in the parking lot next door so ordering was a hot mess. They were also out of things like cheese and onions and diet Coke. The rating is saved by the chicken strips and spicy sandwich. It was perfect as always.

Thank you, Popeyes! If ever there was a reason to go all in towards type 2 diabetes, (non insulin dependent diabetes), this is it? Chicken? Oh yeah, yeah, I forgot...yes, checked is fine....it's the chunky deep fried outside that tastes so good. I'm pretty sure the apple pies are deep fried and the beignets.... I'm pretty sure they're illegal in most countries....

First of all when we pulled up they told us they were only doing drive thru, so we walked outside then right as soon as we were going to the drive through they took another family’s order who walked into the lobby directly after us. As we tried to order now through the drive thru they told us to hold on a second because they were taking the other people’s order inside. Then it took like 10 minutes to take our order because there was loud music going on and she couldn’t hear us well which is another reason why it would have made more Sense for us to order inside. They gave us our drinks with ice and they were flat so I asked nicely for cokes instead because they were flat she apologized and I told her it was not her fault. Then they gave us the cokes with no ice. I asked for ice and they claimed they were out of ice when our other drinks just had ice in them. Incompetent and rude. I will never come back here.

Ordered online, spicy flounder and wasn't told till I had driven 15 miles to get it at the pick up window that they didn't have any flounder, awesome, what a way to treat the customers, if they don't have fish it should tell you online, really sucked especially since I had already had it paid for so I had to eat something I didn't want because I had already paid. Just great winderful experience.

Love Popeyes food. The flounder sandwich was awesome! The chicken tenders were very overcooked, dry, and like chewing shoe leather. Spent 47.48 on a 16 piece family pack, (Mac and cheese! off the hook, delicious, just like going to a family reunion with every bite.) I know everyone is short staffed and prices of everything are sky high, I get it. I own an international branding, print, and design company that services some of the largest companies in the world and it's tough to fulfill some orders. 80 and 100lb coated paper, super hard to get in stock. Window Cling material for large offset press runs, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get quick turn around because stock is sometimes 6 weeks out.But we can't use geriatric retired chickens to make extra tough chicken strips. There was little that was tender about these pieces of chicken.Anyway, I'm not sure what can be done about this at the service level in the restaurant but maybe let the manager on deck know he needs some new chicken dingers to let the staff know that they need to take the chicken out and let it rest before cooking. Too much exercise is making the strips extra tough and dry.Thanks- hope my story made you chuckle, but please let them know the product wasn't worthy of the Popeyes name.

It's Popeyes chicken. Not such a great experience though. I've been here numerous times to see if it has improved. Unfortunately not. Now, the food...is decent, buts it's a franchise. They messed up my order for their chicken sandwich. Gave me a plain fried piece of chicken on bread. No pickles or sauce like you usually get. Also you'll be lucky if they have all their side dishes. I asked for fries...."we are out." Coleslaw? "We are out"The BIGGEST complaint I have. Is the drive thru is absolutely, terribly slow. If you see there's only 3 cars ahead of you...leave. it takes 5 minutes per car to get through this line.Their speaker was broken. So what they did was put an 8.5x11 piece of paper and with the finest ball point pen known to the known universe wrote "speaker broken please pull up to window" and instead of mounting it on the speaker they mounted it to far right of menu which made it difficult to figure out.I watched the poor elderly woman in front of me say "hello" probably 20 times till she drove off not seeing the sign. Now I didn't see this sign myself for about 5 minutes. After figuring out this debacle and being delayed. 1 car managed to get their food...and I was left to remain in line.I went there last Tuesday on Jan 25, 2022. It is now January 30th, 2022 and I only have 1 car left in front of me until I get my food.
