Loved the food but make sure they get the order right before you drive away.
Ordered online multiple times and multiple times my order was missing something or I got someone else's order. This last time I ordered online it gave me an hour long wait, but there was no one waiting so we went through the drive through after 15 minutes just to have the lady look at our 40.00 order information on our phone and told us she didn't have the order in her computer therefore she couldn't make it. We just spent 40 dollars and she couldn't make it because it didn't show on her end? We showed her the information and the fact we paid but she just told us to come back later. Horrendous customer service and honestly they all need to be trained in hospitality because they do not know how to satisfy customers. Very very very disappointed. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed.
Definitely serving to go is not the same as dinning in. You get disappointed when you check your order at home. IDK if this happens only to me but it feels so bad.
I’ve been going to this particular restaurant since Albertsons grocery store was around, so over 12 years. Today, I ordered crispy chicken TropiChop, no beans, side of corn and two sides of sweet plantains. I also ordered white rice and beans to eat later.I realized that the cup of corn was 10% full so I went in and asked why. The manager was SOOO RUDE, I was shocked. Simple question turned into a back and forth about the corn and how “I ordered” incorrectly. The manager stated her name was TUTI and that they gave me a small corn portion for my TropicChop. I advised her that I ordered PLAIN TropiChop for a reason and the SIDE of corn will be eaten separately. I also advised her that I’ve order this EXACT meal everytime I visit and have not had a problem before! I told her that I was willing to pay extra for the right amount of corn and she then asked me to bring back MY ENTIRE ORDER to “cancel” it out to re-ring up the order to charge me the $2.99 for the corn. I did NOT trust them with my food after that and told her to refund my ENTIRE order. I went back to my car and gave her back the order for a full refund. She was hesitant to do so and was having a side bar conversation in Spanish with another woman who was angry and talking bad about me!Let’s just say, I will NEVER step foot in this place again! I’ve ordered catering through them, I’m here for lunch and dinner regularly! Never again.I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and this is NOT how a “manager” should act with customers. Very rude, disrespectful and straight up nasty.. very disappointed!
Food was good and the prices were decent. The Manager (short, Cuban lady) was semi rude. Service was quick. The Manager proceeded to close the exits at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night, which seemed odd.
This was so great! Super clean! Also it was our first time and we had told the young man who took our order it was our first time here. At the end of our amazing meal-he gave a free dessert and said “since it’s your first time here” (we were eyeing up that very dessert he gave to us). Attention to detail! Great food! Awesome service
The eating area was clean,tidy and service was quickly done.
Wonderful roasted chicken and ample rice and beans in family pack. There was more than enough for our four hungry adults, who had leftovers for next day's lunch. Friendly and helpful service.
Food was good. We ordered takeout. The sauces were missing from the bag
Chicken was well seasoned. Lg sides were plentiful and tasty. Kids loved it which means I loved it too. We will definitely return soon.
