This is NOT a restaurant. This is a fly infestation! Flys on the juice, flies on the walls, flies all over the windows of this establishment and I am pretty sure...flies in/on the food.This place should be shut down by the local restaurant inspections until the fly issue is remedied.Some people didn't seem to care and other were bothered by swatting away flies their entire meal sit. Cleanest Pollo Tropicals are on 951 and Coconut Point currently. Wont ever ..E V E R be returning to this location.
The chicken is delicious. The drive thru is good, not crazy fast but not slow. The portions when I get drive thru always seem smaller than when I dine in. Overall it’s a good restaurant and it’s definitely in my rotation
Horrible they forgot all types of my order!! No soda No onion No Avocado No plantains and the 2 young kids running the drive thru didn't separate our order and they got yelled at by what I'm guessing is their boss oh yeah this was supposed to be their redemption time cause the last visit was just as bad if not worse!!! I'm calling cooperate tomorrow on top of filling out the survey off the receipt Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Plus we sat in the drive thru for 16min
This particular Pollo tropical always get the order wrong. Always something is missing. It's so upsetting. My mom's order had corn and fries and they gave her corn and rice. My tropical was missing black beans.
I can’t stand this location. They never fail to disappoint me and I usually order the same thing which is a simple quesadilla wrap. Never cooked through, always cold. It should be grilled on both sides but tastes like they just threw on warm chicken into a cold wrap. Cheese is never melted. How lazy can you be?
Went there asked for a Caesar's salad with extra chicken. When I got to work no sauce for the salad and no extra chicken instead I got mash potatoe.. These kids working there do not pay attention to what people are asking for, now I'm at work stuck eating dry grilled chicken from the salad. Next time I'll check my bag before I leave the drive thru.
Consistently slow and lazy service. Inside or drive thru it’s a wait. These people just talk and mess around until they finally do the bare minimum. Orders placed somehow never actually work although they’ll take your money for it. Always the same
Corporate are you reading thisThe employees on the drive thru are on the phone play games and the waiting time was 40 min also they miss the Avoca from my order and this guy make me wait there another 10 min whit out spoke to me and hi refuse to hand me the avocado so another lady that were there on different positions help me about but the behavior of this person was horrible his name vis David long hear and look like a teenagerVery bad employee make your great business look bad
Would have given 5 stars if they had sauces available! Ordered through the drive thru and waited about 12 minutes until my food was ready at the window. Food was warm and very tasty.
The worst pollo tropical in Naples the drive through lady had the worst Attitude treated me very rude and I was the whole time polite and when I was eating my chicken I had to throw it away they gave me old Stale chicken.. I will not go to that location again and they had no sauce and just overall terrible staff terrible everything.the worst pollo tropical I ever been to
