When we ate there on Sunday, all of our meals were awful. My son ordered Lobster Mac n cheese and it was Kraft Mac and cheese!!! (It was not cheap either!). The fries were the only good thing! Our bill was $125 plus a $30 tip (waiter was good, not his fault that the food was so bad). So disappointed… looked like a really cool place.
not servers problem but slow kitchen. Server really didn't know how to make a martini! Tasted like water.
Just left this nasty unclean lazy bar and was told by the bartender that I was a bad customer because I cancelled my order after waiting 30 minutes for chicken wings. I was born in Naples and have given thousands of dollars to this establishment and have tried to believe things will improve here but sadly nothing is getting better. Another example of bad management and a young generation of undisciplined employees. Stay away!
It’s all about the service. Alex is personable, loves guests and her job. The oysters here are the best in town.
Tables were filthy (we should have left right away). Service was the worst I’ve ever had. We sat outside and didn’t have one server. Had 3 different people to our table total. The first person took our drink order, second person brought food and third person brought the rest of our food 5 minutes later. We were never offered refills on our drinks, nobody stopped by our table to check on food, and nobody brought the bill. We had to go inside to get it after waiting 15 minutes. Food was ok at best. Burgers - ok. Lobster Mac and cheese - ok. Chicken sandwich - cold. Fish and chips - ok. Wouldn’t go back. As we walked out three guys were sitting at a table looking at menus and we suggested they leave. They were appreciative of the advice and left.
Was there last Saturday. Stayed till close, bartender says last call 15 till 2am. My friend orders a bucket(4 pack) of michelobe light. I finish my second one as the bouncer asks us to come up front but my friend is still working on his. Now mind you there are 4 other regulars still sitting around the bar area when the bouncer comes up to my friend and tells him it’s 2 he has to finish his drink. So my friend gets half way through his bottle (he’s chugging to try and finish) and comes up for air. Bouncer takes the beer from him and tells us to leave. We go out front to wait for our Uber. No less than 2 minutes later the same bouncer comes out and tells us we have to leave the premises. There is another person waiting out front for their ride and there are still 4 people at the bar finishing their drinks. I tell him hey we’re waiting for our Uber where are we supposed to go? He tells us he doesn’t care that we’re waiting for a ride and tells us to leave the property. I’ve been going to bars and staying to last call for the last 15 years of my adult life and I’ve NEVER been told to leave the premises while waiting for a cab. We almost missed our Uber and would of had to walk 2 miles back to the hotel. Will not be going back.
Atmosphere is very laid back and chill, bartenders lack quality customer service and I don’t expect much at all, but they rather socialize with each other than tend to customers
Guys.......customer service and a little cleanliness goes A LONG WAY..........hours here are 11am till 2am...we walked in at 2pm, every table was dirty, no staff members were even considering cleaning any of these tables, what an upside down place. Finally got the "barback" to clean a table, ordered a few appetizers and no silverware and didn't bring plates.....Why? Not because of staff because we counted at least 10 people on rotation. Picture here was dirty at least for an hour at the time it was taken. First impressions are everything and our first impression here is not to come back. Food.....OK, bar food! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Do... NOT go!! So many issues at this establishment... sticky bar tops, bar tender is very young and doesn't even know the menu or what beer they have, my beer bottle was very slimy and not fresh and room temperature and after sitting at the bar you can see the ice tub where my beer was, was just water no ice and not changed to have cold beer and not slimy bottles!! As for the worse thing... there was a 10 year old kid behind the bar playing with glasses and soda gun tasting drinks and playing with it...and saying my dad said its ok I play behind the bar ( health code violations?) Sound for the games on NFL Sunday was only on one side if the bar, and the manager took a broken bar chair to the other side and was making all kinds of loud noises while trying to barely hear the game?! And the worst part is the bar staff was totally ignoring other customers that weren't regulars!!!! Very poor management and no atmosphere!!!
Great staff and amazing food I walked in and was nicely greeted by the staff member there was no wait for my food and it still tasted amazing I definitely recommend this place best raw bar and grill in town!!!
