My family and I enjoy the quality of food this establishment pushes out! We absolutely love the grated parmesan broccoli, and chicken tenders (made from actual tenderloins). Every time I visit Naples, PDQ is my first go-to-place to have some good quality chicken and drink. I wish they had more of these restaurants in SoFlo.
The Mac and cheese comes in a bag and heated in microwave food is disgusting ? they don’t wash their hands. They are rude miserable people toxic and unprofessional it’s unsanitary the owner Eric is ignorant childish it’s a horrible place with cross contamination the only great employee they had was at register and they abused that poor girl I witnessed it myself Heather erazo is so miserable you don’t feel welcome when you walk in to pdq on pine ridge food is always cold made sloppy dry they get aggressive nope never again
Visited today for lunch while on vacation and had a terrific experience. I ordered a salad with spicy chicken and my daughter and her friend had nuggets and fries. My salad was so fresh and tasty. And the spicy chicken was delicious. The girls food was fresh and hot and devoured quickly. The staff was so friendly and courteous, we got our food soon after ordering and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. We definitely will be back on our next visit to Naples! Great job PDQ!

This is the sole business (and I mean this specific location) that has the efficiency of the northern US while being located in the south. This is the only place where my order has been consistently correct and quickly prepared since moving to this god-awful state.
Went here for lunch today. I ordered my sandwich, walked over to the coke machine with my cup, and before I could even put ice in my cup they said my order was ready. My sandwich was cold, my fries were inedible because they were so heavily salted. Save yourself a trip and go to Culver's instead.
I cannot complain at all about this place! We don’t eat fast food much but will always be happy to go to this PDQ in naples! Always clean, competent friendly staff! Great service every-time I have gone, manager , I wish I would have asked for his name is GREAT!
PDQ usually has very quick or normal service, this PDQ had astronomical wait times. It was not busy, they just took forever ever to prepare food. You could see the frustration in customers eyes as they stood around waiting for there food. If there was a reason for this wait time it was not communicated, the employees just acted as if there wasn’t a problem. The employees seemed lackadaisical.
The biggest surprise in the ongoing chicken wars. Unexpected but currently my top spot. I’ve never even heard of them until my parents moved to Naples. I’ve recently eaten at Zaxby’s, Chick-Fil-A, BoJangles and the elusive Guy Fieri creation Chicken Guy. PDQ takes the lead. The deluxe chicken sandwich was amazing as were the chicken fingers.
