My wife and I used to come to this resort frequent but we are not planning to come back in the future because of the absurd and ridiculously high $99.00 PSR-DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE that they now add at check-out time. BE ADVISED!!!
I love Park Shore resort, I’ve been going there for 30 years, but the room we got needs repairs and improvements, and decor needs to be improved. Lacked the traditional Park Shore decor and feel. I submitted my official digital comment card already to the management staff and I hope they respond and assist soon.
Great. Experience freindly staff at front desk. Jessy and the maintenance manager great freindly And very corteous. I was really surprise I watch FOX News And it was the only TV station it was mute, no voice.
Love this place. Stay here all the time. It's a nice little surprise in the city near everything and minutes from the beach. Feels like a tropical oasis. The condos are nicely kept although some could use some upgrading, but all in all you can't beat it for the price. Staff is friendly. Pool area and surroundings are very nice.
It needs a more happier atmosphere. The location around is industrial so in my opinion needs some updating. It's definitely very clean though and if your looking to rent for a good price it's a good fit. The TV's are small and uses satellite so you get interruptions which is kinda annoying but the staff is very friendly.
A perfect place for a family fun getaway, Hogfish Harry's the onsite restaurant is wonderful and it's on an island with valet... And The beautiful courtyard complete with ponds bridges wildlife walking paths with places to sit and enjoy the waterfall.
I and my family have been vacationing there for the last seventeen years and we get to love it more and more as we go it is so clean and the people there are very nice it is very calming listening to the falls and listening to the frogs fish turtles ducks lizards and we are on our way there for a short stay as I type this comment
We were a party of three in a two bedroomed suite. Room quality was OK, a bit overpriced but adequate. What we did not expect was the animal noises throughout the night midway through our stay for a period of about 5 days. Not sure whether these were the ducks or frogs mating! These started about 1pm and continued to about 3am/4am. They were loud and quite piercing. My wife suffered badly getting only 2/3 hrs sleep on some nights. I resorted to ear plugs. Not what I would have wanted to relax on my holiday. The last 4 days were fine but my holiday was spoilt by then.
You would never know it's there. Location is set behind a plaza off of 41. It is quiet and peaceful if you're looking for relaxation. Room/condo is well equipped with all the essentials. Room was very clean, nice clean scent. Service, staff is great. Although resort is not on the beach, beaches are nearby. Considering this is a Sunstream resort, I expected more. Resort is outdated, rooms are outdated. Not what I expected based on the rate. I asked for a room in a quiet part of the resort and it was provided. However there was construction in the room next to ours! Not quiet. I would recommend Parkshore in Naples if being on the beach is not important and you would like the comfort and convenience of a condo home type room.
We loved this place. It has everything: tennis courts, swimming pool and restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are simple but tidy and cosy. The overall atmosphere is very relax. It is also close to Naples pier and 5th avenue.
