Called a different location and they referred me to this one, when I called this one they weren’t sure if they delivered to my house, and then the manager wanted to get slick with me. An extra star for the front line employees being polite on the phone. Negative stars for the manager thinking she’s slick.
I used to order from other Papa John's in the neighborhood of naples. After ordering from this one in Golden gate and seeing the dedication the owner has to his restaurant and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not going back to any other Papa John's in the area, this guy runs a very tight ship and I appreciate the work he does. The only papa John's in Naples for me?
Pizza and sides were cold and soggy…didn’t like at all.
The hours posted are wrong or maybe the girl that was on the clock “ working “ just didn’t feel like making another pizza. Tonight Papa Johns lost another customer! That’s ok, El Primos is closer to my house anyway.
The pepper and pepperoni was sooo good

horrible customer service. called to place an order, 3 large pizzas. ordered 2 and got a total of 26 bucks. ordered the third and the total doubled. when asked how the price for 2 pizzas is 26 how does it double by ordering one more pizza, had the woman (who was rude off rip) yell at me. upon calling back to ask why i got hung up on for inquiring about the price got asked if it was me, by name, and promptly yelled at and refused to let me speak to a manager. rarely do i leave bad reviews.. even when the service is sub par.. but if you don't like working with people in customer service THEN DON'T GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. take your bad attitude home to your miserable household, not to a customer who just wants some freakin food.
Friendly staff, pizza done right. For pickup orders there's nothing but complements. Highly recommend.
