What a horrible experienced I had today, was really looking forward to getting a pizza. I arrived at the store at 8:45pm I was received by a guy, I don’t speak perfect English but I made myself very clear that I wanted a large, cheese, ham and corn pizza. The guy rolled his eyes at us, and asked us more that 3 times for the order. He’s attitude was horrible, it’s racist that he acts like that. He even said that there wasn’t any corn pizzas when it isnt the first time I attend this papá Jhon. And have ordered that. Very sad to see such a huge food chain which I have always loved, have people who treat their costumer so poorly.
easy ordering customize anyway you like..fast and the pizza was hot..delivery driver was friendly and very polite..kuddos to Mark..will definitely order from here again!
The crust on a pizza is very important to me. I can no longer have cheese but I still enjoy a pizza so the crust has become very very important. I ordered an everything pizza. Found the crust to be very good and the quality of the toppings to be high. I’ve been to this particular store a number of times and have not been disappointed overall
Took an hour+ for delivery, can hardly find the toppings, barely any sauce, ice cold. If you order from here, get it uncooked. You're going to have to cook it anyways so maybe it won't take so long to get delivered. The worst papa John's I have ever had
Correct me if I’m wrong but pizzas are supposed to have cheese. The pizza I got barely had any and none on half the pie. The worst pie I’ve ever had from Papa John’s. Completely awful pizza.
Driver was unfriendly at best, said she was knocking at my door for 5 minutes without response??? I have a mini schnauzer that would of alerted me to anyone.She had an attitude and actually said “hope you enjoy your pizza but if not, not my problem”:
So unacceptable I placed an order that should have arrived with an hour after an hour of waiting I called in to check on my order manager answers and doesn’t wait for me to respond to him and proceeded to say that wait time was 75 minutes than hung up in my face
Ratings are accurate. Store and the people that work there absolutely unprofessional. Pizza they make reflects their demeanor. Deff would not recommend this location.
HORRIBLE !!!!! I received the wrong order and my food was cold !! The so called manager “Andrew”messed up my order , your making pizza not rockets !! instead of correcting the issue and sending the correct order that I paid for , he proceeded to tell me the wait time is 60 -70 mins and that my food will be delivered cold ! And then had the nerve to hang up on me ! I probably would have let it go with a simple correction however his response and attitude was unprofessional ! Looks like papa John’s needs to hire - train real managementPretty sad I had to get in my car and drive down there for a refund ! I asked for a corporate number and he says they are franchised there is no number …shmuck !
