Have been going to this Panera for about a year since it is close to where I work. I place a pick up order around 11:30 to have it ready by 12 for my lunch break. Before they were super quick and I would get it right away when I pulled into the spot. The last few times, I had to go into the store after waiting in my car for ten minutes to find out it hasn’t even been started yet. I also have not been getting half the stuff in my bag that I paid for. I never had a problem here until about 3 weeks ago. I understand being short staffed but I just waited 25 minutes for my order when I was told it was ready 25 minutes ago. I also just noticed that my sandwich didn’t have half the stuff on it and didn’t get my water or side that I had asked for. Because of this long wait today, I also missed my whole lunch break and was late returning back to work. It was running so smoothly before and I can understand being short staffed when it’s a busy time, but it’s frustrating paying for items that aren’t in my pickup bag and having to wait so long when I purposely placed an order way ahead of time to be safe.
Shockingly poor service here this morning. We visited for our first Panera breakfast (having arrived from the U.K. on Wednesday) at our favourite PB in Naples and were greeted by a lady who appeared from the back after 5 minutes of calling from me and another customer. Two staff with one who clearly had no idea about how to make a parfait or indeed anything else. People working under training is no problem but with only one other person on site it was impossible. The cup holders and stirrers were out of stock, the was no jelly for our toast and the Dark Roast was empty when I finally went to get our coffees. A truly awful experience which I wouldn’t wish on anyone from a renowned and respected caterer. I tried to report this on the PB website but it is so unintuitive I gave up. I hope they pick this up. Finally the lonely staff were really very pleasant and helpful but just chaotic. We’ll have breakfast at our hotel from now on.
A great place to stop in for a danish and coffee for breakfast. The coffee containers were empty but were quickly replenished by the friendly staff. It was my first time here but I will definitely return.
I love Panera but this location has disappointed me the last three times I dined here. The tables are never cleaned after customers clear away their own dishes. The last time I was there the sandwich I ordered had very hard bread and barely had anything on it. My husband’s was the same way. I will not go back to this location.
The service has declined considerably used to give you a flag with number and deliver to your table now they just shout out your name and its your job to get it to a table. Try finding a clean table.The menu board cannot be read properly the print is too small you must depend on the pictures of one or two things, great selection but cant see print size so small from cash position,maybe 12 feet away high up.This place is on the way out , why cant they pay reasonable wages ?The parking is good
I don't understand what happened, this used to be one of the best panera location I knew. Customer service is good, food is good, how ever food takes for ever to come out and a lot of times I'm missing an item. Is there not enough workers in the back? Understaffed? Or just plain lazy? I don't know, what I would suggest is to work on this particular part which is bringing food out in time and not 30 mins after you order.
The best is in the name, that is, "bread". They have excellent bread, particularly the Italian. I haven't been there in a while and I'm glad I went back. I had a bowl of onion soup and a half of a steak sandwich with white cheddar cheese. However, the bowl was only half full, and although tasty, there could have been more steak on the sandwich.
It's OK. They are short on staff. Long wait for food and not as clean as usual. The people who are working are do the best they can. No faulting them. I'll go back and I know things will get back to normal.
Place it's falling apart. Some of the people there doesn't even know where they are standing on. Some of them their costumer service had become rude, careless and properly working just for money. I ordered bagels aside from my to go order to eat there with my tea, and I wait like for 15 minutes. I payed for but my order was never placed to be taken care. When I ask after several minutes of wait in the kitchen no one know anything about it. And in top of that the rolled up the aye on me like I was asking something for free. Panera used to be a wonderful costumer service, now days the hot water it's cold. No cream, sometimes no coffee. If you order something they don't give to you because this is the 4th time that I experience a bad costumer service, 1 on Naples Blvd and Airport Pulling Rd location and 3 times on Wiggins Pass and 41 location. To the owner, please pay more attention to your team. It's not fear that we pay for something and we don't get it and in top of that I received attitude!!
Spent $33 for horrible experience and food. Placed order on app, within 5 minutes was notified it was ready. I knew it would not be ready so I waited 15 more minutes. Went in and there were 8 people waiting at the pick up window. So much for the convenience of ordering through the app. 25 minutes later I received my bag. The girl behind the counter was working very hard, not her fault, obviously needed help. I quickly look through the bag, was missing chips, she gave me the chips. I leave to get back to work, unload the bag and a cookie is missing. Not a big deal but when you pay $2.79 for one cookie it is. The food was NOTHING like the pictures. The /2 Turkey BLT, at $7.59, had 3 thin small pieces of turkey and 1 hard piece of bacon. The BBQ chicken had barely any chicken on it and the bread was burnt and hard as a rock. Pictures below are of what they market as their food and what it actually looked like. To find a positive the Mac and cheese was delicious. Something has happened in the last couple of years as this Wiggens Pass Panera used to be so good in quality, appearance, and experience. So sad
