This one is not a big place (this particular panera) but menu is a always. Food is great and atmosphere good as well. It is recommended.
I stopped in the other morning, and had a very pleasant experience. One of your associate I believe her name was Savannah, went above and beyond to make my experience more efficient. She was very kind and made the whole experience a great one!
I was there 3 days ago with my girlfriend and her mom who was on a lunch break, there were at most 5 other people in the restaurant and we waited over 20 minutes for our food and we watched as others who were waiting the same amount of time ask for a refund and leave and the customer service on top of that was horrible and when we revived are food it was cold I had a BBQ sandwich with Mac n cheese. the chicken tasted like packaged meat left out for 6 hours and the Mac n cheese was old as well. and the tea that they had out had stuff floating around the container that wasn't tea grounds. I will never return to that panera worst experience in a panera I have ever had
Food is always good and reasonably priced…going there many years and never had anything bad....staff is attentive and courteous…
Good food, sub-par execution. My partner’s sandwich was frozen in the center with a hot area around the edges. My order, with a salad, was given without a fork.
Filled up on breads...could use a little more filling .

The service is really poor, we ordered three soups and after 35 minutes we still waiting and no body can help. Ask for the manager and no body help me. The manager where really rude.
I've never seen a more chaotic Panera than this one, people everywhere, trash full, squeeze thru a massive food line to get to the bathroom & a register person that acts like a zombie when I ask her a question, her response "I don't know what that is", end of story, no interest in helping me whatsoever. Gone are the customer service days. We waited 45 min for pre-made yogurt, scones & 1 soup and the order wasn't even right. What a nightmare.
Close by, eat here often. Enjoy Panera very much. However, this location has consistency issues. Today my wife's breakfast sandwich had 2 errors, wrong bread and wrong cooking of the egg. My souffle was delicious but my fruit cup was barely half full. Our cafe lattes were very good. Hopefully this location can become a little more accurate and consistent in the future.
