Horrible experience. Went and ordered from the digital station and paid. After more tha half an hour waiting they told me that they never got my order. I needed to show them that I had paid or they would need to charge me again. I went to my credit card and showed them charge and date and still it was not enough! They told me that I probably ordered to another store. Ludricrist!! Still left with no food or resolution. The entire staff is incompetent. Number one rule, the customer is always right. Now I have to go through trouble of challenging this charge with my credit card. Ridiculous!! Customer BE WARE!!!
The greeting from the cashier ( Teresa) was non existent. Just a stare at my mother and I. If looks could kill, that's what we got. She was obviously annoyed to type in our gift card number we had on the phone after telling us it wasn't a gift card. No other communication. Silverware given to us was visibly dirty with dried food stuck on.
I usually love Panera...yesterday I ordered a Pick Two. The onion soup was very tasty, but not hot enough. The 1/2 sandwich had a huge chunk of rotten avocado on it...a real turn off. I removed it and showed it to the manager. She said she was sorry. Considering the price of lunch these days, one should NEVER find rotten produce on your sandwich.
We have come here the last 3 mornings for breakfast and they have a great staff, our food was done properly, and this Panera is very clean. I wish our Panera back home was this Great!
My soup was served cold. When I addressed the situation at the counter, the server stated I could heat the soup in the microwave to the side of the counter. I asked for her to heat the soup. It was returned to me just as cold. The service was very entitled.
That place is amazing. My boyfriend currently works there and I must say bc of him I grew to love their food and vision.
Althought the restaurant was full I got my food accurately and fast the chasier knew the menu by heart and the place was clean, very satisfying to grab a bite at this location
Had my favorite Butternut Squash soup. DELICIOUS! I also purchased a pastry ring. Panera rocks!
