I live nearby so I come here rather often and I generally like my experience here! Some small complaints like them being out of coffee or if they have it it's sometimes cold but it doesn't happen all the time so I can let it slideHowever I can see that everybody is giving it their all here (especially the kitchen they move fast!) and they're very friendly. Very nice place!Also its free Wi-Fi it's amazing to have.
My food was excellent And fresh
Went for lunch today and the wait to get my order was over 40 minutes. I went through the drive through and was told to park out front. I did, after 20 minutes I went inside to check on my order and they had no idea when it would be ready, after being ignored for 5 minutes. The least you could do for customer service is let customers know they will wait a ridiculous amount of time BEFORE they pay. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Choose another location.
Very clean, could do without being reprimanded by food prep staff
Went in for lunch. Ordered a hot tea. Water was cold. Told a member of staff the water was cold. He just grunted. He got round to take the water away after I had eaten my lunch. Just about to leave and still no hot water so I unable to have the hot tea I paid for. Food is nice but place is dirty and no one seems to care. There are better Panera elsewhere. Would avoid this one and travel to another one.
Five Star nearly all the way! Listen, I have had one bad experience after another with Panera across the country! This location must have outstanding management! Kitchen was SPEEDY, breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Two points for store to note, shy/quiet cashiers need to step it up so they can be heard and understood, and secondly, a quick vacuum is needed. Other than that, WINNER! Thanks for changing my mind, Panera Naples Blvd!.
My two young daughters and I had dinner here after a late night practice. My oldest daughter did not care for her grilled cheese, so I asked one of the team members if I could order the macaroni and cheese instead. He went to the kitchen and came back (no charge), while lone behold my youngest spilled her drink a second time! The same gentleman was so kind and provided words of reassurance to stay calm (Stay calm mom ☺️) and helped us clean up the table again . I’ve always enjoyed Panera, but the actions of this team member, Scott, is why I want to share this positive review. It’s these little actions that go a long way. Thank you again, Scott.
